    Horrible customer service. Rudely denied my trade in and told me that they can trade my laptop in but I’d have to pay full price even though I purchased it on sale.

    I bought this Mac book the 2nd day I had problems with it my box was dropped and had dent marks on this sides

    Defective. Battery stopped working after 2 weeks. Unplug it and computer would immediately snap off.

    I had to upgrade due to my old 12” 2016 Macbook air died, and this was well worth it. Battery life is great, and when I try to explain the display all is it lives up to name of being liquid. Also the fan noise I had with my other is not an issue, peace and quiet

    The speed and length of battery life alone has made this purchase earn back the money spent. I am very happy with this purchase. I was also relieved that I could quickly make this purchase at Best Buy, because my other computer died while I was working to deadline. Instead of spending large amounts of time in a boutique retail environment with long waits, I had authentic and speedy customer service in a moment of urgency.

    Great computer, upgraded from MBA ‘14. Initially i bought a MBA M3 8GB decided I need more storage. Was deciding between MBA M3 16gb $1,599 and MBP M3 18gb $1,999, Amazon had the MBP for $1,799. Best Buy Priced Marched it, I spent the extra $300 and got the MBP.

A significant improvement over the 3 year old laptop I’ve been using. The 14” version offers perfect mix of portability and power. The open box laptop was flawless.
