very bad experience with Fedex shipment and the resolution is also pretty bad. I have to wait until next year to get the laptop which I suppose to get it the the next 2 days. Lost 3 weeks of usage and paid and the bestbuy trade in didn't provide any package to ship back the laptop which is also very bad

MacBook Pros (and Powerbooks before that) have been my go-to laptop for years. This was a major upgrade from my 2017 Intel model. For starters they replaced the super fragile butterfly keyboard with a much more robust and snappy Magic Keyboard. The new Apple silicon M3 Pro is unspeakably fast, second only to the M3 Max. The new Space Black color is sleek and sexy, but my favorite feature of all is the 22-hour battery. I just charge the laptop overnight and I don't have to worry about finding an outlet to plug into all day long. Oddly enough, despite this being one of the more expensive Mac laptops, it's still a lot cheaper for the feature set than previous MacBook Pros. On sale, this one ended up being about $700 less than my last MB Pro which had a lesser feature set and was far less durable. Oh, and I almost forgot the bigger 14" screen, and here's a pro tip: if you don't like the camera notch, there are a few apps in the App Store that allow you to turn the menu bar black, so the camera notch effectively disappears. Very clever way to get an effectively invisible 1080p camera in an edge-to-edge screen.

MacBook's build-quality is one of the best, with really sturdy body and amazing trackpad/keyboard. The display is absolutely amazing. Battery lasts very long time that you don't need to carry around your charger. 18GB of RAM is perfectly adequate for most work, including photoshop and even some heavy video editing. Everything works flawlessly most of the time, but I encountered some bugs and glitches while using MacOS. They are minor, but still quite annoying. Also, storage seems to fill up fast, so you might want to get a bigger storage or get an external SSD to offload some big files. Overall, amazing machine for the price.
