The build quality of the MacBook Pro is the best I have seen. I was blown away by the display and the speakers. I use a Windows PC for work and the Mac blows it away hands down. I haven’t found any software gaps yet, but I am sure I will. MacOS isn’t as hard as I thought, but YouTube has come to the rescue a few times.

Granted, I upgraded from an older Macbook Air, so my frame of reference starts there, but I do also have a desktop gaming rig as a point of comparison. This machine is elegant, fast, and just a pleasure to use. The 14 inch size works perfectly for me, and though it's heavier than the Air, it's not so much more so that it bothers me. The keyboard and display are both awesome and it's very snappy. Very pleased with this purchase

Bought the MacBook for my daughter for college. She loves it. It is lightweight, fast and user friendly.

Purchased this MacBook Pro for my son to take to college and it has all the necessary power to easily deal with all the software that has been added and used. Great graphics and the battery easily lasts multiple days on a charge even being used constantly. Great buy and definitely worth every penny.

Switching from A loyal HP used to a MacBook was a big fear of mine, but this machine is by far way better than any other laptop I have ever had. Fast, smooth, neat features, and even allows setting to be changed to accommodate old habits (mouse track and how to scroll). I don’t think I’ll ever go back to Hp. I usually don’t leave reviews, but this new mac made me want to; it’s insanely fast, and does everything I want! Plus the staff at BestBuy were nice and helped out immensely. If you’re looking for a new laptop for productivity or work, this machine is perfect.

Upgraded my wife's 2017 Macbook Air to these latest Macbook Pro M3 Pro. This is a whole other beast in itself. What an incredible upgrade. She was over the moon with the performance difference. The brighter screen and speakers were above her expectations. She really was blown away with the changes. This will last her another 8 years easily! In a whole different world of its own. Big fan! Speed and quality!

Absolutely thrilled with this MacBook Pro. After years of using Dell laptops—which were decent in their own right—being able to run Parallels and Windows 11 on this fully equipped Mac has truly expanded my horizons. The build quality is, without a doubt, top-notch, setting the industry standard.

This computer is great! I couldn't want more. The price was also very competitive. I just wish that the geek squad assistance in getting started and transferring data was half as good. I do need assistance that is why I pay for total tech every year. Mauricio who works for the geek squad in the Charlottesville Virginia store, treated me horribly. He told me I I had to go home and watch a bunch of videos before he could help me. He also said I should know more because I already owned an old computer. He shook his head and rolled his eyes whenever I asked him to show me how to do something. When I left your store I was in tears and my blood pressure was extremely high. I had to make another appointment because he did not help me at all. When I came back Mike helped me, he was somewhat better since he did not openly insult me. However he cut my time short by 10 minutes as he had gone overtime with the customer before me. He was not rude, but he also was not friendly or helpful. You need to have at least 2 more people working at geek squad, maybe then your workers would not be so pressured and nervous, so then they might actually help someone.

Really fast reliable I was surprised with a quality an battery life

We got this MacBook Pro with 18GB/512GB M3 Pro chip when it was on a special deal for $1500. I wish we had gotten two for our family. This machine is so powerful and fast. Typical Apple quality product! This was a great purchase to replace an aging MacBook Pro from 2016.
