Good product and satisfaction services in the store

Smooth purchase! Came a couple days later than it originally showed at the store but all worked out.

Writing this review from this product! So, yes, it is a good product.

To be honest for someone who does video editing and 3d with blender this is not close to what rtx 4080 does. I was editing a video using a envato element template and a message pops up saying I run out of memory... the thing is if you want more memory ram you have to pay a lot for, better choices is the zephyrus g14 rtx 4080

The Battery Life is ok but could be better. My MacBook Air Battery Life is much better

After ordering this online for Store Pickup and going in to pick it up in Chelsea, NYC, I was informed that someone had picked up my order with an “ID bearing my name” 30 minutes prior to my arrival. It was within 15 hours of me ordering it. Investigators on my case informed me that it’s a reoccurring issue throughout the city, and potentially a broader issue. They say it’s either a security breach within Best Buy, or an employee with access to the information organizing the theft. Best Buy sent me through an endless loop of BS for 3 weeks, essentially saying it was my responsibility because my identity was stolen, and that all they can do is offer me a discount on a future purchase. It took me posting about it on social media for them to actually get back to me in a timely manner. My identity was not stolen, it was just Grand Larceny and Identity Theft facilitated by Best Buy.

I prefer the last model, specially by the power connection.

It's difficult to see all information on the small screen when I am use to 21.5 inch unit.

less than 2 years old and already the LCD Panel has gone bad and needs to be replaced. The Galleria location, Houston Texas was useless because I don't have apple care, so now I have to drive 40 min to another Best Buy location.

Pickup process was too long but I’m satisfied. Also would recommend improving your database for the online orders. Because orders got cancelled after placing due to the fact that there weren’t any items in particular store.

I dislike this model. Charger is better in last versions and the keyboard controls desapair.

The most frustrating PC experience I've ever had. I've been using a Mac to complete some work, and it was working nicely. After using Windows PCs and Chromebooks, I can not fathom why anyone would make operating a computer so incredibly frustrating to use. Want to change or do anything? Type in your password. Want to adjust the time? Of course one can't just click the time and go to the settings- why would that ever happen. Search for settings. Search for Time. Scroll around, just to find out you can't. You can only do it if you're connected to the internet. JFC. Even the scrolling- after googling how the heck to even change it, their "natual" setting that follows ones finger specifically does the opposite of ones finger. Dark mode is incredibly bright. I am so overwhelmed by how terribly this system is designed.

It does not have the performance it promises There is a performance that cannot be turned on and on the page it says yes, many times it does not start well. It slows down a lot

DO NOT BUY. Less then 10 mouths the screen went out. Found out that this is an on going issues. I payed $2400. NOT WORTH IT.
