DO NOT BUY. Less then 10 mouths the screen went out. Found out that this is an on going issues. I payed $2400. NOT WORTH IT.

bought an "excellent open box". computer was missing charger, came in a generic box, had scratches on the screen. first best buy I went to would not accept the return. will never buy an open box product from best buy again

Save yourself the Hassle DONT BUY! Purchased one on 11/10/2023. Signed in and my account was locked out. Spent last night and today on the phone all day. Senior Rep said it could take 5-7 days but not sure. This is ridiculous.

Overheating. Too much Expectation you can do the same thing with MacBook Air M3. I did return it.

I love my Mac book pro. It’s fast, graphics are awesome and most importantly Mac books last so much longer than others I’ve had

I really like this new MacBook Pro 14' laptop.just like all the other Apple hardware products.i have used in the past, the new pro MacBook is built solid.but still light weight enough to carry it around to the office\school\home etc.no matter what task I use this laptop for.from watching a movie, all the way to editing videos.the new Pro M3 chip gets the job done quickly.and yetI have not seen this laptop get warm or hot.no matter what task I am running.this is got to be one of apples best laptops yet.

So far so good. I love this machine. I have yet to actually hear it cool, yet it doesn’t get warm, and it can handle anything I throw at it. I’m pretty happy right now. The only thing I wish it had was the ability to text non-apple users like I could on my very old MacBook Air.

Amazing! Unbelievably great laptop! Upgraded from an ancient 2010 13" MacBook that still works, but is extremely slow to boot up and can not be upgraded. This 2023 M3 is lightning fast and is leaps and bounds ahead of the 2010 model! The difference is night & day! Well worth the decision to buy!

Picked this up at the college bookstore because price still better than Best Buy but it is a monster built like a tank, and certainly faster than my MacBook Airs including the M2!

this is an amazing computer! Super fast and sleek design. I am so glad that we decided to go with it. The Best Buy employees were great at helping me with the purchase.

This is the macbook you need if your looking for performance , effciency, graphics and even for leisure . I recommend this for even an entry level macbook user

I had a MacBook back in 2012 and I remember how it excelled in photo/video editing. Fast forward to today and Apples MacBook Pro by far exceeds any/every expectation.

Great for video editing on the go. Using for work is also great, this is my first macbook, my greatest apple purchase yet.

I like it. I want to get a new iPhone. A gift card would really help with this next purchase ☑️☑️☑️

First of all, this is a terrific laptop! I upgraded from a 2018 Intel i7 MBP, and the difference is night and day. However, DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY! I confirmed the trade-in value for my old machine twice, before I bought and while I was ordering over the phone. Both times they confirmed the trade-in value, which was more than Apple's. So I made the purchase, had it delivered and transferred my data from the old to the new. But when I brought in my old machine to the store for the trade-in, as I was instructed to do, they would not take it because "it's not in our system." Huh what? There was no special build, and even though I was given the same estimated value twice over the phone, they absolutely would not take my trade-in because "it's not in our system." If that's their idea of customer service, then no thank you. DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY, go directly to the source and ask for a price match if you find it on sale. Or there are a number of other stores that sell this incredible machine. I totally recommend the new M3 Pro, just not from here. Never again, Best Buy, never again.
