Macbook is the best quality laptop out there. I use it for my schoolwork. It's always reliable, I have no connection issues, and I have no issues uploading or downloading files to my school's submission website. It is also easy to transfer necessary information to/from my phone.

This is an amazing laptop! Anyone looking for a great laptop to edit photos, video, or music should start here. There are definitely better Mac's out there but this will satisfy all of your needs.

I have always used PC. I decided with the swap to iPhone and iPad to update my computer. I love how seamlessly I can work with the devices. I did wonder at the logic of adding a headset jack when it was removed from the iPhone. It also would have been nice to have a USB port vs. purchasing an adapter.

I’ve had Apples since the Apple II. I’ve taught them when they were simple to understand, taught software programs when no one person could ‘know the computer,’ anymore, and for a long time now it’s mostly guess work where some humans through repetition feel more comfortable experimenting. I need to become more comfortable with ‘the new features,’ deal with the features I no longer have and find replacement software for those that no longer work on the new machine. But when the old partner died, I had to get another.

I bought it at Best Buy Outlet and got an incredible price. Customer service reps were great and knowledgable. I have used it a few times so far, but it is fast and meets my needs working with clients on location. If you are looking for a computer definitely check out Best Buy Outlet.

I had a 10 year old MBP and sold it after I graduated grad school in May 2019, switched to an iPad Pro thinking that would be okay since I wasn’t in school anymore. It wasn’t. (At least not for me) so I went back to a MBP and couldn’t imagine ever trying to go without again!

This is my first apple product. I purchased it primarily to edit photography as my PC is very old and having problems. I worked my way through the on line manual, and was not to difficult to become at least functional. I am happy with the screen display, color rendition, and with the keyboard, I was not happy at this price to have to buy an extra apparatus to import from a scan disk or flash drive. It does not seem to want to allow me to add the extra virus program that I feel I need when I travel.

I have always been a Windows user but I have had 3 laptops in the last 10 years. I wanted a laptop that would last and after many hours of research, I felt that MacBook Pro could at least 5-6 years. I have been loving this laptop and I wish I had bought a MacBook years ago.

I love this laptop. I bought the 256 RAM, and realized I should have bought more RAM because you cannot upgrade the RAM in the new MacBook pro. If you purchase a 256 RAM model, I recommend using Dropbox or an external drive to store all of your files. Other than that, I am very happy!

This laptop is incredible. The screen clarity & colors are sharp and clear. Sound quality from the speakers had more “ooooomph” than expected. Speakers sound incredible. Love the feel of the keyboard takes a little getting used to, but once you do its a DREAM. Tons of memory. Very happy!

Great laptop, but Apple is up to more of the same with their elimination of the USB Ports. Had to purchase a $30 attachment.

This MacBook Pro is great, although it has been quite a learning curve—I haven’t had an Apple computer for decades. I went back to Apple because the HPs and the Dells have been so disappointing in recent years. I look forward to mastering the MacBook Pro and unlocking its secrets!
