Outdated product with heating issues

Apple officially replaced this with the new 16 inch model. It is better to spend some extra bucks than to go for this model which has a history of keyboard and heat throttling issues. Also 256GB SSD at this price is not worth it

Mac book pro not that great.

First one the screen was flickering and now the second one fans come on very load after 10 min use on safari. The computer sits on a computer desk so ventilation is definitely not the issue. The battery drops percentages extremely fast just online doing nothing but reading. I littering spoke to a rep with Apple and within 10 min it went from 28 percent to 15. Never seen anything more disappointing then this apple experience. Apple needs to recall all the 2019 and replace them because they are definitely not worth the 2000 plus for them. I will be returning for an exchange tomorrow.
