Computer crashed and failed after 1 yr

Unable to access computer after soft start, shut down, recovery assistant. I paid $2250 and it lasted one year. Will bring in to Best Buy to see what they can do.

Battery Was Dead Upon Purchase

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Item was defective bought it and two days later the battery said it was Dead and needed to be replaced and it would not stay on when you unplug it from the wall...Go back to the store and exchange it to find out when I got home the second one I got wouldn’t charge...Very disappointed took Best Buy 4 different laptops with this same model number that were defective with battery issues until I said screw it and went to the model up but they would not do anything with the price and made me pay more for the more expensive model without any compensation for the inconvenience...Buyer beware

Work horse

I do lots on it and have only now begun to run up on space. Nothing like an external hard drive nowadays. It’s more of a pc with how much I can do with it so I understand having to have it plugged in. Battery health is just fine, the apps I use just drain it, light room, Logic Pro, the usual offenders.

Died after 15 months - $800 repair bill

Poor Hardware Design

Windows User, Now MAC User FOREVER!!!!

The only time I ever remember using a mac is when they had those neon colored all-in-one mac's, YEAH. Mac OS is incredibly stable, the i7 is crazy fast, the ram is top notch and the graphics card is more than enough for a laptop that is literally a few millimeters thick. This is one hell of a laptop and it has made me a mac user for life.

Never crashed ,never hung keep on going like a mustang ! Audio is very crisp and clear , display screen has the best in class nits and clarity .

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My max is great but the depth of the keystrokes is very shallow and will take time to get used to. I have had almost 3 years and issue free. FaceTime calls are really grainy which is a huge surprise.
