My last MPB from 2013 is still going strong and in great shape. I only upgraded due to a spectacular open box deal so can easily compare the new and old version. New one is much slimmer and ligher. Screen looks much the same. Keyboard is really nice. Lower profile keys and snappy action. Still on the fence about the touchbar. I like the concept but find few applications, even Mac ones, that really make use of it. Love the big touchpad, much lighter click needed. One thing you have to accept is that you'll need a bunch of USB-C adapters. These are much more available and cheaper than when the MPBs first came out with then but its still a nuisance if your upgrading and have wired peripherals. You will almost certainly need an external hub of some kind since many devices like cameras and external monitors don't have USB-C cables. Yes they are expensive laptops but they hold their value really well and are built to last.

Upgraded from an old MacBook Pro 13". Has great features and the performance is awesome!

Great laptop with great new innovation like touch bar but would have liked at least one regular usb but overall excellent laptop to do all that is needed

Just upgraded from my 2010 MacBook. Love the new, sleek look,touch taskbar and Touch ID

This laptop replaces and old Apple laptop and we couldn't be happier with the upgrade.

Loved it and enjoyed the features. The touchbar and speaker is the most I appreciate.

Much more intuitive than I expected. Had to google "how to..." several times, but expected that. Would love to be able to install the MS programs I'm used to - I'm trying to with "Wine" but must be doing something wrong as it doesn't work although Wine says it was successful. Trying to figure out how to do a mail merge in Pages... don't think it has that function? I'll be stuck downloading MS 365??

Have owned Apple computors for over eight tears and have always been happy with ease of operation and free updates and telephone help at no charge.

Im loving this Mac, runs great, haven't had any issues and charges extremely fast

Awesome product, Apple does it again the Mac Book Pro with Touch Bar is genius

So far like it. The touch bar needs to be customized to be useful so do that first. Storage is on the small side so prepare for that. Everything is type c so you will need a few new cables to get up and going. Fast great key feel and the track pad is great

Love my new Mac book pro. Love the new touch bar and over all speed of my new Mac book pro. My last Mac book pro worked for over ten years and it is still functional but I just can’t down load the newest version of the operating system:(

THIS IS THE 2ND COMPUTER WE GOT OF THIS KIND AND ITS WONDERFUL. HAVE HAD FOR 4+ YEARS WITH NO ISSUES. THIS IS WHY WE CAME BACK TO THE SAME PRODUCT TO PURCHASE FOR ANOTHER EMPLOYEE. SCREEN IS NICE AND LARGE, CLEAR, FUNCTIONS WONDERFULLY.

I've been using MacBook Pro's for the about 10 years and this one has to be my favorite. Very sleek, low profile, and powerful. The touchbar seems gimmicky but when using certain apps such as Photoshop, shortcuts show up and makes my workflow easier.

Best notebook ever used, fast and reliable. Would recommend this to any one
