Apple products have yet to let me down and the MacBook Pro is no exception. Apple care support is a must have as well. The team is readily responsive and knowledgeable and has capability to do remote screen access to walk through step-by-step troubleshooting. The Best Buy sales representative was extremely helpful and patient. Unfortunately I can't recall his name at the moment but he recently started within several weeks of my purchase on 2/28/2018.

Had to buy this computer for school which I’ve had it for almost 4 years now and I have had absolutely no problems. I did buy this computer brand new with the touch pad. Touch pad is cool especially when it comes to spelling but it may save you some money if you skip it. This computer runs adobe programs pretty good sometimes I’ll get the fan going when the program is running for awhile.

I love this laptop! The touch bar is an awesome new feature, but the lack of USB ports is pretty frustrating. It seems like just another way for Apple to make you spend some more money. But all in all, it honestly is a great laptop.

I have had this computer for a few months now and the transition from PC to Mac was pretty easy. I loved my iPad and iPhone and the MacBook is no different. I would suggest watching the how to videos in the beginning. There are several tricks that non Mac users need to know in order to effectively us your Mac (how to scroll, etc). I love the touch tab bar and use it often. It’s definitly not a necessity but I enjoy it and I’m glad I splurged!

We purchased the MacBook Pro because it needs less repairs and gets less viruses. Even though it was a little more costly than a PC laptop, it seemed a better fit for us as a home computer.

My son wanted a MacBook for college and after going back and forth between the 13"and 15" and the desire to have an i7, we settled on the 15". It was especially nice to find an open box deal that brought the price of the 15" closer to the 13". There was also nothing cosmetically wrong with the open box deal and after a few weeks of using it, there seems to be nothing at all wrong with it. He is very happy with this purchase.

This was my first Macbook Pro, and I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed. The display and performance is incredible, fast, and simple. Although very pricey, this is an extremely high performing computer ideal for the workhorses. The touchpad is a nice addition and adds simplicity in navigation. I am still learning about my computer one month after purchasing. Constantly discovering new features. Highly recommended.

after some deliberation, I determined that a switch to All Apple products was a good idea...I have not been disappointed. The Help that I received at Best Buy Kennewick was Awesome!

I love my MacBook Pro. The first one I bought had a bad speaker but took it back to Best Buy and they traded it right away. The new one is flawless!! Highly recommend it!!!

It's fast and lot thinner than expected. I love it.

First macbook pro, it has been fast, consistent, and satisfied every task we have thrown at it. My wife uses it for photography, i use if for just about everything. The only thing is the new ports that require different attachments for using flash drives or some other traditional gear. Which isn't a big deal. Can find dongles or adapters for cheap. Would buy again for certain.
