Absolutely love my Mac!! Very easy to use & light weight to carry around!

Wish instructions for using key touch mouse came with computer- But Apple Macs are more resilient to viruses. It synchronized very well with my iPhone

I bought this MacBook for graduate school and I’m starting to run out of storage quicker than I assumed. For the price that I paid I would think that the performance would be spectacular but the speed is just average. Applications still take some time to load, it freezes randomly, and the RAM gets overwhelmed with very few applications open.

The quad core processor and beautiful screen make this great for photography.

PC user for all of my life and my first time owning a Mac. I love this device; it syncs to all of my other Apple products and the TouchBar is amazing.

We have had Apple products for many years and decided to upgrade our 2008 products. We have always been happy with the reliability of Apple products.

Awesome/reliability/compact/ easy to use and lightweight

This computer was awesome!! The Touch Bar was really cool and the larger mousepad would have been really helpful for when I am editing photos. However, I had to take away 2 stars due to the fact that I had to buy an adapter so that it was compatible with my external hard drives, the USB's I use to deliver my photos to my clients, and so that I had an SD card reader. The new USB ports will be great once the rest of the electronic world catches up to them. But right now, it is a big nuisance. I ended up returning this computer.

This is a little beast. Plenty of power. Could use some more space.

I have wanted a MAC for many years but couldn't justify the price in my mind. I was able to get this one as an "open box" model which made the price easier to deal with and couldn't be happier. The battery life is excellent and works very well with my other Apple product. The lack a regular USB's came as an initial suprise but has proven to not be a big deal.

You really can't go wrong with Mac laptops. I bought this for my network admin and he loves it, especially the networking tools already integrated.

I love this Mac. The speed is super fast and the screen is super sharp.

I Purchased this laptop for my daughters graduation to assist me with having a slideshow for her senior photos And photos growing up. And also I purchase this item to assist with applying for jobs and so my daughter could do her summer school on. Is a great computer runs well works fast helps me get what I need done yet done and my daughter as well .

Computer is all we expected and the Best Buy sales rep was very helpful on helping us make the right decision on witch computer fit our needs.

I was always a windows user but got tired of my computers getting viruses and slowing down. Its taken me s while to get used to apple but its great. I wish i had gotten the 512 instead of the 256. I'm almost out of storage. Need to send my files to the cloud. Thats next step. Its supposedly easy i just have to figure how to do it.

At first I thought the touch bar was the most ridiculous thing Apple has ever added to one of their computers. I used it in the store briefly and liked it. Then I bought the computer and got to use it personally like the Touch ID to unlock and making purchases with my fingerprint and now I love the touchbar. If you haven’t tried one out yet, go for it.
