The MacBook Pro with touchbar is definitely seen as a cool novelty item, but really the touchbar is extremely useful. I use the touchbar just about every time I open my laptop. The only complaint I have is that the trackpad is TOO large and the heel of my hand often hits it on accident while I'm typing.

I purchased this machine to help with my photography. I needed something that could handle the demand of working in the field, but I didn't want to sacrifice the performance I am accustomed to on my desktop. It's obviously not a cheap computer, but it performs efficiently and reliably for the on-the-fly editing I need.

Purchased this brand new space gray Mac Book Pro with the student discount and it came with a free pair of beats. Incredible work by Apple, once again. I am a Data Science student, and even if we see a majority of windows in the field, Apple holds a strong competition when dealing with new software. Super Recommend.

It's a good computer but no usb drives that means spending more money no CD drive more money but it's a great computer to have very easy to use.

This is a great laptop for basic kid in high school or college that wants to do video editing and light photoshop

I purchased this laptop because my 2010 has been on its last leg. I love the touchpad feature, it really comes in handy and cuts time when it matters. I’m not a big fan of the keyboard design, it doesn’t have enough texture for me. The display is beautiful. No issues with speed or multitasking. I love it.

love this macbook! the big trackpad is amazing once you get the hang of it and all the updates are just awesome.

This version replaces my 7-yr.-old MacBook Pro. The Retina display is awesome. The touch on the keyboard is so light and easy. Apple is my go to computer and this version meets all of my expectations, It is so light and easy to carry. These changes from my previous model make for a very pleasant experience.
