Since its an Apple product that is well designed/packaged/advertised we must pay premium...Its a monopoly since there is no real competition.

GREAT COMPUTER; just not sure how to use it.

Came in for INSTRUCTION with Geek Squad and salesperson said he 'couldn't help me because he doesn't know the product'. FINALLY connected with ALEX and we plan to meet soon at store to review the PRO and for me to get some much needed instruction. Still not happy that I spent so much money, then another $99 to have information transferred....hoping after meeting with Alex that I will be excited again about my purchase.
