Upgraded from late 2009 model, this Macbook Pro is super fast and love the Touch Bar.

The salesperson was extremely helpful in getting us the monitor that we requested. The monitor is high resolution. The monitor makes watching a movie more enjoyable.

Whether we're looking for appliances, electronics, or just some reliable advice, Best Buy routinely has what we need. All sales staff are not created equal, but most of the time we get knowledgeable, honest assistance. The computer will be used for both personal and professional use (my graphic designer son). With all the choices available, my son chose this MAC. That should say enough about the product.

I have had a MAC for the last 12 years and I loved it. I bought this new one and my biggest complaint is the stuff they took off. My old machine had a CD drive, USB ports and a camera slot. This one has nothing but USBC ports. I know USBC ports are the “way of the future” but we’re not there yet. Instead we have to use stupid connectors for everything. Really not happy about that. Adding just one USB port would have been better than taking them all out. I also miss the magnetic power cord. Touch Bar is nice though.

The Apple rep at BestBuy was knowledgeable and able to answer my questions. The BestBuy rebate made it cost effective to purchase this $2800 computer at BestBuy..

Mac's are always the best. Like the new keyboard. It's easy and fun to type...Slimmer and lighter than my 2013 model... The new fingerprint id is awesome and fast!

Retina display is amazing. The touch bar makes using a MacBook book even simpler.

I love the color options on the new MacBooks. There are a few items I wish I had: 1). MagSafe Power, 2). SD Card Reader, 3) Lighter Power Brick. Minor stuff.

There is nothing my laptop cant handle, lightweight, fast, reliable.

This computer is easy to use and light to carry around all over campus.

It’s very stylish and very fast for a laptop and the screen is very clear

This laptop has done miracles for me I can do anything I want on it with relative ease including streaming multiple videos downloading uploading and anything else I want to do in the photo editing software is pretty cool the best part about this laptop is I have not had a virus and it is insanely fast and extremely reliable and has never frozen on me

If your an iphone user and love photos and videos and music this is hands down the best laptop ive ever owned. Super fast and screen display is so nice!

The macbook pro is fast and great for intensive video and design work.

Very easy to use and I love the touch screen control panel on the top.

Best laptop i've owned, it does cost more but for everything i do with it... it fits the build. It's blazing fast, i run anywhere from 2-3 virtual machines remote into 2-3 more. You cant find a machine in this form factor with this much horsepower.
