I love the computer overall, but there are no devices that connect to this computer available anywhere without purchasing an adapter of some kind. That was another $100 purchase. And while the SS hard drive is super fast, it's also too small to hold all of my photos, so I have to purchase an external hard drive, too. With all the extras that have to be attached to the computer my laptop quickly became not very portable.

After trying lesser model MacBook Pro's and even some Dell XPS's I decided to pay up for a machine that was more powerful and less of a headache to setup for the software development projects I had planned. I miss magsafe power connectors and I'm not exactly thrilled that I need to get oodles of third party cables and dongles to attach to external devices, but it wasn't that bad to get used to. I've had a good experience with the laptop and would recommend it to anyone look for portability and a development machine.

This is a very expensive computer that was purchased without any consideration of whether it had the right features for its intended use.

This is my first Mac. It is very nice and you get the feeling it is by the little things, such as the keyboard backlight. It takes some getting use to on a Mac and I am still learning after a couple of months, but, alright so far. Very nice computer, which will probably become a staple in my life.

I did all my research online at home. Then visited Best Buy 3 times to ask questions, which was answered by Apple rep at Minnetonka Best Buy location, before commitment. I got awesome deal that Apple store could match or offer ever. I am very happy with no regrets with my purchase at Best Buy!

I got what I expected. I love it like I thought I would. Apple products are so easy to connect. My previous laptop was a HP. It took me 30+ minutes to get it set up with my HP Printer. I think my Mac connected in 30 seconds or so. You get what you pay for when you buy the MacBook pro.

My laptop is great! Performance is fast and reliable. I have not had a problem since purchase of over a year ago.

It takes getting used to the MacBook Pro's decision to only use USB-C connectors, which means you must buy new add on connectors for connecting other devices. I knew this going in, but found it only a minor inconvenience. The one issue which did develop is a keyboard key which has issues working consistently. Turns out this is a known issue with the keyboards on the new MacBook Pro computers. So buyer be ware and Apple's only solution is to use canned air to try and fix the issue.

Macs cost a bit extra, but you get longer computer life and a less hassle experience for it. My last Macbook Pro was purchased 4.5 years ago. It is still running very well. I just decided it was time to upgrade. When I was on PC laptops, I had to upgrade every two years. I love Macbooks now.

You can't go wrong with Apple products! They just work. I bought this for a friend who was tired of his buggy, slow, windows computer. I still have my Apple computer from 2012 and it runs as fast and problem free as it did on the day I bought it. It may be pricy but it is worth it!

Finally purchased this to continue my personal passion for photography and graphics work. Used to use my husband's office computer, but wanted something to take on the road with me on photo shoots. So far it has been great even with the learning curve of switching to a Mac from a PC.

Nice hardware. Does the job for photo editing. Just wish you didn't need dongles. Eventually this will not be an issue. Battery life still seems a bit short but I have it on full everything. Display is amazing. I need a 4K external display now, my old Samsung just doesn't do it justice.

Great computer for the price, has all the features I was looking for and price wise couldn’t beat it and have had no bad things to say and plus it’s much better than owning that Windows 10 garbage. Wouldn’t mind purchasing another one again later on down the road.

The outside box was apparently broken and was taped together. When open the box, luckily the inside box was intact. Have not use the product, as it is a gift.

This Macbook is great. It is the foundation now for all my Apple products. Everything syncs there via the cloud from my other items. The new teck (versus the old) is so amazing. I highly recommend to anyone who is into APPLE or wants to move to APPLE products. GREAT BUY!!!

This has to be the current best laptop sold. A little pricey, but the quality speaks for itself. Solid aluminum case, Display so bright and clear you can't run at full brightness, Most responsive and smoothest trackpad I have ever used, and the easy to operate Mac OS.

Very sharp and clear screen. I love the fast automatic start when I open up the computer. I also appreciate Apple updates that are clearing up the High Sierra issues. I do have problems trying to get exterior devices to work due to High Sierra Operating System.

Without this MacBook lacks a lot of the connections that it's had in the past, it is set up for the future including the high sierra update which will dramatically speed up this computer. USB-C is super Duper fast and I look forward to more peripherals being available!

MacBook Pro comes with High Sierra OS which will receive updates as released by Apple, at no additional charge. Crisp clear screen. iPhoto and Photographs apps are included, & AppleMail, and many others. AppleCare cost extra but is so worth the cost!

Very impressed with the performance and quality of this laptop. I definitely recommend!
