I hd an older MacBook Pro but this one is by far the best laptop. its lightweight and works fast.

I STARTED WITH A APPLE COMPUTER & I WILL ALWAYS OWN ONE.IT IS GREAT TO HAVE A IPHONE AND IPAD ALSO.WHAT EVER YOU DO ON ONE YOU CAN SEE IT ON THE OTHERS.THE COMPUTER HAS THE TOUCH BAR AND IT'S JUST LIKE THE IPAD AND IPHONE.WHILE YOU TYPING IT SHOWS THE WORDS LIKE A IPAD AND IPHONE.BUT THE TOUCH BAR ALSO HAS A LOT MORE STUFF YOU CAN DO.WITH THE TOUCH BAR YOU CAN SIGN IN ON YOUR COMPUTER WITH FINGER PRINT OR TYPE IT IN.

Really like this new model of the macbook. The light weight, speed, and picture are excellent.

First off, Best Buy was great. Secondly, this is my third Mac laptop and seventh Mac computer total (ever). Whereas my last MacBook Pro that I bought (I think in 2011 or 12) was fantastic — now, it turns out, my fav Mac ever — this one is merely "average". Apple is now a phone company with the mindset of a monopoly. No disc drive (they want me to do AppleMusic); no USB ports (or any non-Apple-exclusive ports); less memory and smaller than my old MacBook Pro (yeah, I could've paid EVEN more... but, really?). Feels like fewer general user features, and seems to be a "cheaper" build. (My old MacBook was a tank, but still not very heavy.) I only bought this new laptop because the old operating system on my MacBook Pro was made obsolete, and I could no longer update browsers, software, iTunes, etc. Anyway, I honestly don't like my new one, and in fact, I am typing this review on my old, slow MacBook because I like it so much better. Oh well. Likely the last Apple product I'll buy. (I like my recent Android phone purchase.)

As a life long Apple user, this laptop is fast, easy to use and everything I expect from a Mac!

I use my laptops for years - my last was with me for over 6 years. This MacBook Pro feels like it could be with me even longer. Everything is effortless. It multitasks like crazy. It can handle the few games I enjoy. It crunches data, edits adobe files, etc without a flinch. I actually really like the touch bar - certainly not a need, but I enjoy it and it makes some tasks easier and more fun. Strongly recommend.

The model is faster, but the USB C outlets are frustrating, as you need to get adapters.

I've had this Macbook for a. It over a month now and it has been able to handle every amount of work I've thrown at it! I've have multiple "heavy" programs running smoothly simultaneously. Including iMovie, Garageband, the internet, and a few extras. I dont do this often but it's nice to know that itll continue to work even when stressed. Expected nothing less and was still pleasantly suprised.

We Love It! It boots up fast and responds fast! Once you get used to it, it is extremely easy to use with the gesture controls. Very thin and a little bit heavy, but it is made of a sturdy metal case. Like the oversized mouse.... makes navigating easier. Also love the SSD Digital hard drive.. very quick! Syncs with all my apple products seamlessly!

It's a Mac, what can I say? Very pleased with the larger screen and the touch bar.
