Love the design and I really love that ios is always updating.

This product only lasted 5 years. It was a great computer but apple has not been the same since the passing of Steve Jobs. I have a late 2012 Mac that’s still running and I have no problems out of it

This is my third MacBook Pro and I have loved everyone before this. This is the model before the release fixing the keyboard. 2017. Purchase two of them to replace a three-year-old model that worked great. I’ve had nothing but problems with it. Bluetooth module is distorted and doesn’t work with calls and other voice over IP. Sync issue with contacts. Won’t wake after sleep. I am a heavy user and know how to use this machine. I have reinstalled the operating system. I reinstalled the Bluetooth module. I’ve gone through every ridiculous waste of time that Apple support has put me through. I run two companies and this is my business machine and it’s a joke. I couldn’t be more disappointed. I purchased two of these, another for my CFO and he’s having the same issues. A waste of almost $6000. I’ve gone back to using my old machine.

The product is good, I like the Siri voice assistance.

I like this device because all of my devices work together seamlessly. While I love the Apple ecosystem, I honestly feel that Apple has lost its direction. They have become the "big brother, walled garden" they longed to stand up against I have had 3 of these replaced due to keyboard issues. Typing on this computer is horrible. Not only do I make more errors, but it kills my hands after 30 minute of simple typing. This is due to the shallow keyboard. As an engineer and runner, there is nothing to cushion the impact while typing. Thus, the energy is returned back to your joints. In short, it is like typing on a block of wood. Also, dust and a small spec of dirt will render this keyboard useless, so make sure you get AppleCare. Honestly, I recommend getting a Surface Book 2 or Surface Pro 6 with an Android phone and break out of the Apple wall. The Surface line has surpassed Apple and their devices are solid.

I purchased this MacBook in August to replace my late 2013 MacBook Pro 15". I had high hopes because it is Apple, which usually has fantastic products. However, this computer has been a disappointment at every turn. The Touch Bar glitches out almost everyday, apps take minutes to open, the keyboard does not respond at times and it is just pretty slow overall. I would be ok with these issues if the price was about $1000 lower, but it is not. It seems like it is time to look to a different company for quality products.

-Absolute worst piece of garbage I have ever purchased. Self imploded while closed and sitting on a desk. If you want to realize never to buy an apple product ever again, buy this piece of garbage. display cable gave out after less than 2 years of use and costs almost $1,000 to fix. i’ve never hated a product more in my life.

I had it randomly break 12 times in 3 months. Twice a month, and sometimes 12 hours after I got it back from the AppleCare!

Overheats. Very disappointing. Have MacBook 2017 and no issues. 2018 terrible

Just like clock work, after 1 year my keys are sticking. Apple dependability has sure taken a turn for the worse.

Bought this laptop last week and non stop problems.

Touchbar doesn't respond correctly anymore. Terrible.
