The battery started running out quickly within a year of purchase. The fan has always been distractingly loud.

I had this computer less than a month before it would not charge. Geek Squad sent me to a local Apple certified repair center and 50.00 later it’s now working.

I really liked the computer but only used it for 7 days and it kept crashing on me. I took it back to Best Buy and they suggested I get a new one since I was still under their take back policy. I am hoping that I do not have trouble with the one that is on order.

This was an extreme amoynt of money and it is not very effective for everyday use. There is no adaptor for hdmi, headphone etc. You have to purchase other adaptors which are also pricy. There is no drive to burn discs as well. Overall it was a terrible investment and not worth the pile of money.

Such a disappointment. First one didn’t work correctly, exchanged and had geek squad set up for me and it still didn’t work properly. Was super slow and not letting me click on things. And the battery only lasted an hour after being charged all night.

Spent nearly $3000 on this computer and have had nothing but problems since we bought it. The space bar hardly works, you have to pound on the keys to get them to type.

I really miss my old Pro. this thing is so dang complicated I've never been able to figure out how to properly use this machine. 2015 model was way easier to opperate.

random reboots and the monitor has a little flicker to it. For the price, shouldn't have to deal with this. Lack of experts anywhere in town that can tell me why is disappointing.

My second MBP;and I opted for everything I went without on my first purchase. Got 6 years of great service. This was crazy money; and the kb does take a little getting used to; but wow; what a step up. Solid state hard drive and some extra memory really make the difference. i7 didn't hurt either. Touch Bar? Getting way more out of the feature than I initially thought I would. A small net plus.

This was my first MacBook ever. I was very sick of buying Windows laptops that ran like garbage a year after buying them and taking forever to process EVERYTHING! I mostly bought this for movie rendering which almost made me fall off of my chair the first time I rendered a movie that would normally take me 10 hours in 4 minutes........ What a beast this thing is. I love the boot camp feature so I can boot Windows OS from an external SDD and still run my expensive Windows programs without re-buying them. And they all run better than they ever did on a Windows PC . Yes I had to buy an adapter so I could have an HDMI, USB ports, and SD slots but it was only $100 which isn't horrible. I love the airdrop feature from my ipad and iphone, love that I can unlock my Macbook by just wearing my Apple watch and many many other features that are awesome. It was a breeze to move from Windows to Mac OS........no issues learning it at all. The only thing I can say I do miss with the this Macbook is a ten key as part of the keyboard. I do a lot of financial stuff and a ten key does come in handy, but not a deal breaker. Oh and the screen is AMAZING. So clear and clean it's almost 3D.

this machine was actually pretty good up until I upgraded to an M1 Pro 16inch with 1TB SSD and 16gb memory

Has been a great laptop for us. We use it for all our digital creations and photo edits.

I received this laptop as a wedding gift from my wife. Its fast, its light but its greatly overpriced. After a year I have keys that stick, Keys that fell off and USB ports that no longer function. Also, You need an adapter for everything.

It’s been 4 years since I bought this and no complaints yet.

It is good product by apple having nice digital bar with more functionality.

For $2,500 you think they would include the A/C power cord that plugs into the box thing at the end of the power cable. Good luck reaching an outlet at work that's more than 3 feet from your desk. I got mine from UPS shipping as I live 1.5 hours from the closet BestBuy. My option is to make the hike, return it via UPS or give a scathing review. There is no online chat help here. Guess which I chose ?

I see my other review wasn’t posted smh well not only do I have uneven hinges I got a blemished product smh 3 grand y’all 3 grand I guess Best Buy sells rejects cause this will be my 3rd exchange :/ very disappointed I have no faith my next one is gonna be legit .. all of them were supposedly suppose to be brand new hmmmmmm are you selling rejects as brand new or putting open boxed items back in “brand new” circulation ? Or you just sell apples rejects at full price ? Hmmmmm
