I would recommend you guys to buy this , great investment

Had to return item because I was not able to log into my Apple account whjch made it absolutely useless to me. The laptop was not unlocked properly before my purchase. Not interested in purchasing any more refurbished electronics from Best Buy. Terrible experience.

Spoke with my Grandson everything is good! He’s happy

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve had this computer only since 3/26/24 and it’s not a right. I took it back to Best Buy and was told no warranty and to have the geek squad work on it it cost me another $200. I’ve never had an issue with Best Buy before but now after this experience I think I’m done with them. This is a scam in my opinion.

This is the second MacBooki ordered. First was screen issues. Received this one without a charger no I gotta deal with Apple. Apple trust Best Buy but for what who knows

Fantastic laptop, but the charger and charging cord burned out and had to be replaced after three days of use. I am trying to see if I can get a new one sent from Best Buy. It is a generic charger and cord, not Apple. It got super hot before it stopped working.

Barley used it before the LED behind the screen cracked without me even dropping it, please don’t but refurbished

Cumputer only last 1 month now it wont even turn on, selling refurbished damage goods that they won’t even last one month,never do it again very very upset with Best Buy over this

The USB and charging ports are intermittent and turn on/off sporadically. The charging cable that came with it was a used third-party seller detachable connector charger which does not work very well. The computer is no where near the condition that the listing stated. Refurb was not good.

Completely shot. Ran for 1 day. As soon as I drove it 25 mins to geek squad they ran a diagnostic that told them it was a trash MacBook. Lost the shipping$ and a huge headache

Broken when received computer will not power on will not give return

Broke after less than 2 months of use. Apple wants $700 to fix it.

Great machine, I use it with my Dj equipment constantly multi tasking.

My charger broke within the first month . I called customer service they told me to go to a retail store to have it replaced. Went to the retail store and they said they don’t replace purchases. I can not get anyone to help me resolve this situation.

Laptop is not charging, stopped charging in 10 days System is slow

Worst Ever. Ordered on 1/2. Delivery date set for 1/7. Did not receive. Best Buy has been awful to work with regarding a replacement even though the item has been labeled as LOST with UPS. Use Apple directly.

Did not come loaded with latest version of software and was unable to download it. Returned it for a dell.

First of, it wouldn’t even turn on and second the quality was so bad it looked like it was taken out of the trash:’)
