I have been a PC user always, and switched to the MacBook. So far I couldn't be happier and the transition is not as bad as I had expected. Worth the investment!!

Mac is always top of the line and meets the standard expected. Setup was straight forward and easy. Loaded office 365 and everything was up and runnings. Very impressed.

This is the first Mac computer and let me just say I’m impressed! You can air drop stuff from your iPhone or iPad to your Mac book.

Great laptop! Apple is a great brand! I’m glad that Best Buy sells them locally instead of buying them from Apple stores and/or Apple’s website

I love this Laptop , Its slim, beautiful graphics, I wish it had other types of plug ins Like all Apple products ---$$$$$$$$$$$ but worth it ,it should last a. longggg time.

Bought for my daughter’s schoolwork (includes a media class and video editing programs). Great storage and product for the price.

While a lot of money I do think the new MacBook Pro is worth the money, recent software updates have been killing it. Many days I’ll open my laptop and be greeted by a notice that it was forced to restart because of an issue and do I want to send a report to Apple. Highly annoying but otherwise it’s been worth it.

I am very pleased with this purchase! My laptop is fast & has all the features I wanted & need! I am always satisfied in my purchase when I choose an Apple product!

I enjoyed my shopping at Best Buy. It was easy access , convenient, friendly helper. I would definitely will go back for other electronic items I need in the future.

Best Buy had the specs I needed verses purchasing from Apple which was more specs so a higher price. Purchasing from Best Buy turned out to be the best route for me.

Upgraded to a new Mac Book Pro. Its everything you need. Super fast processor, lots of Ram, big hard disk. Apple Quality. If your an Apple person this is what you want.

Daughter plans to utilize for College. This was a good value and Best Buy salesperson did a very good job of explaining features and warranty.

I have all apples products for all platforms. This was bought to replace a very old Mac Book Pro. The new features are difficult to get use to them. Because I have it attached to a monitor, the key board functions are not useful. It was easy to set up and transfer my data from my old Mac to this new one.

This is the second Mac book pro we’ve bought from Best Buy for out college kids. Great product. We have geek squad membership and have them set it all up for our kids.

I gifted this laptop to my husband and he loves it! The sound is impeccable! Highly recommended if you want a big size laptop

Needed another MacBook Pro to do web surfing and only needed one anything with a i7 chip in it. Plus was on sale for $600.

This is a perfect computer for anything and everything. I wasn’t expecting to purchase a computer but I needed another device. I love this model, no complaints.
