Needed another MacBook Pro to do web surfing and only needed one anything with a i7 chip in it. Plus was on sale for $600.

Great laptop but had to return. Backlight on the keyboard was not functioning and verified to be a hardware issue. Customer care was great but was extremely disappointed by the "bundled software" money kept by Best Buy even though I never requested to purchase the "free bundled software".

love the new Mac. My daughter has it for use in school. She is in love with it. Does a lot of video editing for school and it just gives her so many options.

It's a new MacBook Pro. What's there not to like. I was kind of iffy on the Touch Bar from some mixed reviews I read, but its not that bad.

I had to buy this computer because I am taking a course online. The Geek Squad repaired my previous MacBook Pro, but due to the COVID19 there was no repairing it.

First of all must say that the certified refurbished form by Best Buy and the geek squad is phenomenal! Wonderful machine with great capabilities.

Great computer and love the new key design. Graphics are great as well as my photographs. It is user friendly like all Mac products and fun to use.

My niece loves this as she is using it for school more, and loves the updated version. She had her old macbook for 7 years and this is a great upgrade.

It works great my son loves it he can record on it and write on it and do everything with his music it’s a great product
