This laptop is by far the best laptop I have ever used. As always, Apple did not disappoint and I use it everyday for work, school and etc. It has a soft keyboard, big screen, display is amazing and I love the Touch Bar. Sound is very well and I love the color. Definitely worth the price!

I love the speed and efficiency this laptop has. The first thing I did with the laptop was make a reaction video with iMovie. Something I would not have been able to do as quickly with another pc. It works great for school when I’m jumping back and forth between Word and OneNote and the web browser.

This is the second MacBook Pro in our house. The other is 7 years old and still going strong daily. There are significant upgrades compared to the older model. It is super fast! The sound and speakers are outstanding and the display is crystal clear!

I've owned many MacBooks in many sizes and this is the best so far. Not as big as the old 17" in part because of the extra inch but also screen bezels are smaller these days. Light yet powerful and better keyboard including a dedicated ESC key, and isolated TouchID sensor, both separate from the Touchbar.

I previously had a 13" MacBook Pro. This one is better in every way. Faster, easier to use and connect. Most of all I love the larger 16" screen size. Clear as can be. Simply fantastic. It is more expensive. If this is within your price range, or even a bit beyond... I highly recommend it.

I've been looking for a computer, a laptop more specifically. I've always had apple computers. I had a 13" Pro a few years back, I might have killed it with all the late night study and paper writings, it's still going strong, but this computer is the best. It's fast and is just what I wanted.

I have an old Mac desk top, a 10 year-old MacBook Pro, and a 7 year old MacAir...this MacBook Pro is the best so far! It is relative light (less than 4 pounds) and even more user friendly than ever! I am still in process of opening transferred files, but so far, the process has been fine.

Fast and power, my only complaint is the it runs a little hotter than my other machine, and the fan is a bit loud.

Absolutely love my computer. Great purchase on sale. I got a great deal at Best Buy. Just add a little more money and purchase this product. I used to have MacBook Pro 13.33"display-8GB but this one it is much faster and easy to use it. I will recommended to my friends and family.

I upgraded from a 7th gen i7 HP laptop to this 9th gen i7 macbook and my apps load and run significantly faster. Display and speakers are impressive. The only issue is that it heats up faster and has weak ventilation. Other than that, this is an excellent machine so far.

I love everything about this computer. I have been eyeing it for sometime now. I love the design and speed. I have used it daily for hours on end. I also like that the charging outlet is on either side. I was also highly satisfied with the service I received at my store.

This MacBook Pro has met my expectations for use. The larger screen is great for photo editing. The speed and storage are excellent. For traveling the larger size is hardly noticeable in comparison to the 14 inch MacBook Pro I also have.

One of the easiest purchases I’ve ever made. Love all the updates Apple has made. My last laptop purchase was 2009 so there’s a lot to explore. Nice and light, easy to navigate tool bar. Has the capacity to run all the applications I need for school.

This display and functionality of this laptop is incredible. It’s super user friendly with a much better battery life than my smaller MacBook had! My only issue is that every time my computer goes to sleep, it has to restart. Other than that minor in inconvenience I’ve had no issues! It’s got amazing sound quality and as a STEM major on zoom courses- it makes taking notes easier as I can see the zoom lecture and my notes without any struggle.

This is my first apple product, so I was a little hesitant about buying such an expensive one, and having to learn how to use it, since Im so used to Windows and Android. Overall I am really glad that I made the investment!! Microsoft makes everything so complicated to use unless your an up to date computer person. The constant updates were getting annoying and overall I was unhappy. Since getting this MacBook everything has been so easy to use. Nothing has crashed, or not worked. The display is the best Ive ever seen, and I was not expecting the quality of the speakers from a laptop. The only downfall is when I want to use a game product or certain other non apple products they're not available, but apple usually has equivalent products or there is a program (Bootcamp) that you can use windows on your computer to take care of that. If your iffy about buying a MacBook Pro, do not Hesitate, Buy IT!!!

Same size as my old 15 inch just a one inch larger screen and 1.5 pounds lighter! Keyboard really improved over last year's model with stuck key problems. Buy a case for it. Most come with a keyboard skin to protect keys from getting small particles under them. BUY IT!

I had purchased the 15.3 in macbook pro few days before the 16 in was released. I was not aware of this upcoming launch and was a bit disappointed when I got the news from a youtube video I watched. I immediately called bestbuy to understand process to exchange this. They were very helpful and just had to wait few days until they got the new sku at the store. Then, I passed by and exchanged the computer with no hassle at all. I just had to pay a price difference that was really not that significant considering the improved updates from the new sku. Larger screen, better mic, speakers, bigger hard disk, keyboard, etc. I have had this laptop for few weeks and have enjoyed it so far. The separate esc key is a must. In a nutshel, great experience with laptop and customer service from bestbuy. And being a bestbuy member, having their credit card, makes a big difference based on rebates and better pricing. They are making the on-site purchasing experience still enjoyable. Good job.

I bought a new MacBook Pro to replace a 10 year old one... Great new features with Touch Bar and Great Speakers... I will NEVER go back to a regular PC. The features are unbelievable and as an avid Apple owner Its so good that all my Apple products talk to each other....

Expensive but well with it. If you’re able to buy Apple MacBook Pros are hands down the best. Quality, design, use ability, and well built. Don’t worry about the user interface. It’s just as easy as using your iPhone.

I'm a big fan of the 16" screen. The MacBook Pro runs well. The set up process is streamlined as is the OS once up and running. I'm also a new convert from a PC to a Mac and have been surprised how easy the learning process is.
