I got what I think is a great deal on a 16 inch MacBook Pro for under $2000 open box. It is in great condition but compared to my 4K Inspiron 7000 the screen doesn’t seem as vivid. I feel like I shouldn’t have to mess with setting to get the colors on the screen to pop like my PC.

Newest version is a bit more convenient and functional than an old MacBook of several years ago. Now, to get used to the keyboard touch and some functions that differ a bit from those I've gotten used to with the PC desktop and PC laptop. Looks and feels good.

I am loving this computer! It makes editing fun again.

I was so excited for this laptop for my masters degree. Unfortunately I was sold a laptop back in April 2021 that had internal parts that needed to be replaced after 3 weeks of having it. I was never told that this laptop had previous problems and never told it had parts replaced before it was sold to me. I only found out after going to the actual apple store. It was stated that it was previously owned but I was told by Best Buy the only thing wrong with it was the charger was missing. It is so frustrating because I have no idea why this is happening because I spent so much money on this. Now it’s august and the laptop is showing signs of the same problems it had before changing the parts. I am extremely disappointed and I might have no choice but to spend another $2,000+ On another laptop. Also AppleCare+ doesn’t apply to this laptop because it was sold to me as used or whatever, also Best Buy never told me that. Hope this review helps with everyone trying to buy a previously owned laptop. Just buy the new one !

When it came to taking my money, there was no problem. We had to take the laptop back the following week. We had been led to believe repairs were done and we could pick up the laptop on two occasions. The second time, I had to pay more money and there was no laptop. Additionally, I’ve been disconnected after waiting long periods of time for the Geek Squad. It’s been over a months my college freshman has been without his laptop. At this rate the four month free subscription to Apple Music will be up and the several months if Apple TV will have been wasted. We still have no answers. This is the most horrible experience. The tribe sent money to get my daughter a laptop, but am not sure if I will continue to do business with Best Buy after all these years. Service is a continuum of failing at this point.

Brand New Mac Pro Laptop. Within 2 years got the grey lines and display screen damaged. Currently within service. To pinpoint the problem. Another Mac Pro occurred after 5 years!

My MacBook was excellent until about the second month of me owning it. All of my USB C ports stopped functioning. After a light day of working on it. I went to charge it only to notice it would not charge with any of the ports on the laptop. I was going to plug it in and nothing was happening. (Thank you iCloud) I tried troubleshooting with Apple support until they no longer could help. So I was told to bring it back to geek squad so they could ship it off to get fixed (October 5th) with an estimated completion date of October 21st. But I still haven’t heard anything back about receiving my laptop back. Still patiently waiting.

Not worth the price for the performance you get. The speed and performance is middle of the road. It's hot and daily use is unnecessarily restrictive (Apple's way or the highway) and it's just not a pleasant experience. Using Lightroom caused it to be too hot to keep on my lap and is sluggish at times. This is supposed to be a laptop aimed at creative professionals. What happened here? I did give it a chance I regret this purchase and am looking rid of it ASAP as I am well beyond the return window.

My last MacBook Pro (2016) died on me. Had to purchase this to replace and restore. Only giving average score because the 2016 Mac should have been good for more years. The cost of repair was not worth it.

How come no HDMI Ports? How come no one told me? I had to drive back to the store and purchase a J5 create, multi port for an additional $90.00. After paying $2,500 for a machine i expected more. The Mac works fimne.

I understand the power is here. I just don’t understand why I have so many laggy glitches in between. Is that the expected outcome? Lag and glitches to get results?

Mac Books are not worth the money. I’ve only had mine for 3 months and I’ve already had to take it in. It has so many issues but the main one is that it overheats VERY easily and frequently. Should of done more research because I’ve seen SOOO many people that agree with me. Worse purchase...regret buying this.

I ended up taking it back because I read online that the new ones coming out in Fall 2020 will have touch screen. Pretty expensive for no touch screen!
