usb is changed to usb c there for you might have to spend and invest money on adapter for SIM cards usb etc the apple on the back does not light up anymore those are some of the things I did not like.

Like all Apple products, this is overpriced and overrated. A PC at this price would be twice as capable and far better in quality. Just VTech for adults.

I loved this MacBook for about a year and a half, unfortunately it has turned into a unreliable brick. Ive contacted apple 4 separate times and they can't/won't help me figure out the problem. I only use this laptop for work, so i find it strange that a $2,300.00 laptop can't preform for longer than a year and a half. I never had these issues with my previous MacBook Air for the 4 years i used it.

I had this MacBook for two months and it will not power on at all. Have to send it out for three weeks to get it fixed. It was literally brand new.

I bought it because my old MacBook was getting slow, and was showing start up issues. This MacBook is even slower, it doesn’t read SD Cards, and with the separate card reader, I cannot look at a few seconds of every video to see if I want to watch the whole video. What good is knowing my Fingerprint if I have to type in my password anyway. I am having trouble deleting my trash all at once instead of one at a time. I just don’t like it.

Don't buy this computer!!! I can't believe that I spent so much money on this! The computer needs to be charged DAILY, I can't go anywhere without the charging cable because it doesn't even last the whole day! And I just use emails, word & ppt, nothing crazy. I am so disappointed and I wish I had started using it before, so I could still return it. I have a 2011 MacBook that still works for days without needing to recharge, this computer is a joke!!!

I have now received a MacBook Pro with the wrong specifications twice now, while I ordered this more expensive model specifically for the upgraded graphics card instead of the intel integrated one in the lesser models, I received two different MacBooks with the intel card. I've tried contacting Best Buy to get this cleared up but to no avail. I tried two different stores and both gave me boxes that described the correct computer correctly, only for me to boot it up to see it's not what I had ordered. Any help would be very appreciated.

My rating is low because the service I received from Frank. He saw me in need of help and just walked away so I called out to him. He was not at all interested in helping me with my request and badmouthed every choice I made. He suggested I go online to search for speakers from the competition. I could go on but I am getting upset. I did buy under protest because I was in a hurry to complete my project. I will recommend to a friend but strongly suggest to avoid this negative individual.

Apple USED to stand for quality and state-of-the-art technology. NO LONGER, BUYER BEWARE!!!! I compared this to my 2012 MacBook Air and it was inferior in almost every way, you can buy a much better computer for less $$. Do not waste your money on this, as you are just buying the apple logo and pretty packaging, once you use the device you will be super disappointed.

I will never make a purchase with BestBuy again. I have wasted hours on the phone and disputing the charge. I bought a brand new MacBook Pro 16” Laptop in April and it was defective with a bug and kept on shutting down. It is now June and I have yet to receive a refund. I spoke w GeekSquad and they told me I could return it and they would handle it. A month later it was shipped back to me telling me to remove my iCloud account. A month later I am still disputing the charge. Unacceptable service.

I have owned a MacBook Pro since 2016 and absolutely loved it. I was ready to upgrade to the 2020 model however I purchased two computers and both had major issues. One would not charge...at all. The other would go into a constant rebooting phase and was not usable. For $2500 you think apple would have a strict QC policy, but I’ll probably never own another Mac until they go back to intel

I have always used Dell. I decided to jump on the Apple train. 9 months later the train crashed. 9 months and the logic board is dead. Yea it's under warranty but how am I suppose to trust the repair? I am very disappointed.

I purchased the new base model 16" MacBook Pro from the Apple Website in Space Gray. Since you cannot write a review on the Apple site, I've decided to review it here. First, I'll start out by saying that while this is the 3rd MacBook Pro I've owned, it is the first time I splurged on the larger screen model. This MBP is larger and heavier than I expected it to be (since we can't currently view different models in stores). At initial setup the bottom became very hot and that concerned me. Since that first start up though, it has remained pretty cool. I LOVE the new keyboard. My last MacBook was the 2017 13" MBP and I never really got used to that keyboard. This one is so much better! You can actually feel the keys going in and they produce a much more satisfying feel and sound. The picture quality is absolutely stunning. This MBP is fast, but not as fast as I was expecting. I only use my MBP's to write and watch videos on so I'm not expecting a lot from them. Even so, I'm a little disappointed that there is no noticeable difference in speed between this one and my last MBP. I'm not saying this model is slow, just that my last model seemed just as fast. I really like having the 2 extra ports that come with the 16". My laptops are set up to the left of the electrical outlet and I had to stretch the cord over the left side (where the two ports are in my old MBP) to plug it in while using it. The extra ports were an immediate convenience! I am disappointed however that there's 4 ports, and not a single one of them is a USB port. Not a huge deal, I just had to purchase an adapter. I really enjoy the touch bar and the touch ID. It works better than I thought it would. I went back and forth multiple times in the first few days on whether or not to return, exchange, or keep this model. Ultimately I decided to keep it because the quality of the graphics, size of the screen, and extra ports outweighed the extra cost for me. In terms of speed, I expected slightly more from a machine that starts at a whopping $1100 more than its smaller scale version. Due to this and the reasons listed above, I decided to only give it 4 stars. It wouldn't take much to change this into a 5 star product in my opinion. A USB port, slightly upgraded hardware on the base model, or a slightly lower price would be deserving of the 5 star rating.

Does not work after 2 months! Of course after I was able to return to BestBuy. Will not stay turned on. Don't waste your money my older MacBookPro works better! Contacted Apple Support for help and wasted hours over 3 different days just to get an appointment with the nearest Apple Store. This seems to be a known issue with this product.

Was really excited for my first MacBook and received a lemon - the laptop connected to wifi and regardless of the distance, strength, configurations, troubleshooting, the internet speed never exceeded 1mbps (that's incredibly slow). Eventually through re-configuring proxy network I was able to get it up to speed, but clearly I wasn't going to do that every time I connected to Wifi after paying full price, so it was promptly returned.

I bought Mac Pro. In one year & 2 weeks & less than 50 hours use & never moved from desk top then screen goes black. All the hours of phone time didn’t fix. Best Buy couldn’t work on it. Had to haul 40 miles to get worked on. Cost $500 & got lost in return shipment from Texas. Finally found my pc at local cvs a week later. Not a happy camper,

Unfortunately literally 6 weeks after I laid out almost $3k for this beautiful laptop - it died! One day it simply would not power up. Of course it is still under warranty so the Apple store (the Geek Squad wouldn't touch it) took it in and shipped it off somewhere for major surgery. I am so disappointed as I was super excited to have this cream of the crop laptop, and I will likely lose all that I had saved on the Mac.

Box damaged upon receipt! Not thrilled with this product for $2600 always had Apple products but first MacBook.

This item has a major glitch speaker issue that is well documented! Waiting on the apple update, but when u try to record music on Logic the tracks skips like u bumped the record player! Can’t do nothing about it!!! And this is a $3000 Macbook - unbelievable!!!!

After one month had to take to MacTLC. Waiting on the results of the issue.
