This was an open box purchase. After a few days of owning it, it was overheating, lagging on start up, and it would freeze for a minute after coming out of sleep mode. One day it turned off and two Apple reps and a Geek Squad rep couldn’t bring it back to life. So they have me store credit, no refund. I owned several Apple products so it’s likely this one was a defect.

Was great until the Motherboard died after just 2 years.

This super powerful MacBook Pro has been one of my go to tools for everything that I do in my daily life and in my career. It seems like connects with my other device devices from Apple and provides an easy working interface that anyone can master with some practice. I would guarantee and recommended for anybody switching to an Apple device!

The camera and images are very disappointing. HP laptop has better quality.

The computer came with less than the latest Operating System, so we had to have Geek Squad update the Operating System, and adjust several other items while they were at it. You need to alert your customers to what Operating System they are getting when you sell them a computer!

If $2400 is a lot to you, like it is to me, then go with a better battery life. I dont need this fancy smart bar- my macbook from 2011 was more efficient than this laptop. I hardly have any applications open (two at a time usually) and cant have it off the charger for more than 3 hours.

Too little for too much money, would recommend to go for a cheaper model

My love apply products but my favorite has to be this Apple - MacBook Pro - 16" Display with Touch Bar, it’s literally everything I wanted in computer. It’s super fast and very sleek

We bought a computer told it would come in 2 days but it didn’t keep trying to find it couldn’t get you to work with me Keep give me the run a round Wouldn’t help me find it Finally got one guys who help me and canceled the order Wasn’t happy about how u did me

Don’t like this version at all. I had the 15.5 inch screen for several years and loved it. Never had a days problem with it until my husband spilled coffee on it. This one is cumbersome to use. I have to lick my fingers to be able to scroll up and down the page.

Getting help on how to work it is a joke. On hold for hours. Finally get up there in person, attitudes and obvious ply not bothered because my couple grand is chump change compared to what other people spend here when that money was all I had. I will never shop here again.

This is the second part of my review of the OpenBox “EXCELLENT” MacBook. After receiving my MacBook back from Apple. They replaced the AMD board touch panel and back case. Goni g to say this MacBook Pro was in no way “EXCELLENT “. Stay away if you can

I have had this MacBook since May and it been great. Although, now it doesn’t want to turn on at all. The charger is fine but something is wrong with the actual computer. This shouldn’t be happening 3 months after getting it. I’m very disappointed.

I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED! When I purchased this I was told it came with a Very nice carry case. I got the laptop in the mail. NO CARRY CASE! I like the computer so far, but 1 star for not giving me what I bought for over $2k!

Was great for the first 3 weeks and then it had battery issues so I had to have it plugged in for it to work. Then sadly, week 4 if wouldn’t even start for me. Really disappointed.

Hey I need help with this product, this is about my fifth Mack book pro , I have always had the assistance of geek squad, now I’m being told I need to get in contact with Apple before this can be solved , is bad business

Computer defective on 2 occasions in less then a year Apple refused to provide me a new product and I have to pay to fix it

Laptop came with the wrong video card and customer service told me it was supposed to be intel graphics and not raedon but that’s not what was in the description.

If you are some type of reward member like I am an Elite Member, please buy at apple store instead. I purchased the MacBook Pro before Christmas Eve, and I received 0 points of reward.
