Avoid the geek squad certified version. They wiped the entire computer, even the operating system, and sent me a $2,000 dollar paperweight. Not pleased at all.

This laptop is just as beautiful as it is powerful. Coming from a 13" MacBook Pro from 2016 - I've been looking into getting an iMac but was hesitant because I enjoy being able to take my work with me. This MacBook is PERFECT. Only slightly heavier than my 13" MBP. Tremendously faster and more responsive. The keyboard reminds me of the keyboards from the original MacBooks but much sleeker and quieter. I like that the arrow keys have been changed to a different size from the letter keys. All this and coming in at the same price as the 15" MBP. AMAZING. You won't be disappointed.

Defective I took it back to the store and then suggested I try to update. I updated computer and it still is defective

With the 2019 16" MacBook Pro, Apple finally listens to its customers and knocks it out of the park (mostly). Pros: Gorgeous display with slim bezels Outstanding audio - rich, deep sound Apple finally ditched the butterfly keyboard! Large, responsive trackpad (really the best track pad I have ever used on any laptop 4 USB-C ports Fast and accurate Touch ID Mac OS Catalina is the most refined Mac OS yet and provides a smooth experience that is enhanced if you own other Apple products Performance powerhouse Cons: It's not the most portable laptop - I suggest seeing and holding one in person before purchasing if you plan on traveling with it Battery life is decent but not anything to write home about Expensive (But, one can argue, you get what you pay for) Touch Bar still feels gimmicky and is NOT a substitute for a touch enabled screen Overall, this is the best MacBook Pro yet and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a powerhouse laptop.

Received the MacBook and upon opening found out it was damaged.

I had purchased for for video editing via FCPX and gaming via Bootcamp (Windows). Playing online with Tekken 7 was a dream at 720p with my Belkin adapter. Emulation, however, is a bit spotty. If you’re using this for only Mac features, then it’s the best pre “ARM Based/M1” chip MacBook that you could possibly purchase.
