Great product, would have purchased through Apple themselves, but the discount was better with Best Buy the day I needed to buy a new computer.

Purchased mid-pandemic after my old used Mac laptop started having problems. Few hiccups transferring files from old to new, but worth it. A big pill to swallow budget-wise, but I love it. Far superior to my past Microsoft laptops. Never have any update issues. Battery lasts forever. Only beef is the USB C connections which required adapters for everything I own. Purchased a separate "mag safe" style charger as does not come standard anymore.

Perfect size for photo editing. I was debating between this and a Windows laptop. Glad I picked this one. Multiple programs run at the same time without an issue.

I wish I would have purchased sooner, but my MacBook 2012 never gave me any issues but I knew it was time to update it. The Best Buy box arrived destroyed.

I loved my old MacPro laptop and it was time to update so I replaced it with the new version. The new version is lighter, faster and has better graphics.

The larger 16" display and storage size is great, well worth stepping up from the 13". Easy to use and will definitely purchase Apple again in the future.

My Apple MacBook Pro is everything I was looking for. The processor is super fast, the screen quality is excellent, and the overall design is very sleek.

I have a 2018 MacBook Pro, it's nice to see Apple *finally* acknowledged and corrected some significant design flaws with this 2020 version. First and foremost a physical escape key. Why were the geniuses that thought it could be virtual. On my 2018, I have to sometimes hit the Touch Bar many times to get the escape key to appear so can be used. Fortunately the Touch Bar still is a feature, if you are smart this is a great feature, in so many contexts. If you just want the old world, then of course it is an annoyance, but for me it's nothing but genius and only from Apple possible. The Space Grey sucks, it's a coloration applied to the metal body, so of course over time it will wear off where hands are rested. How stupid from Apple!

This computer has a wicked beautiful screen and it’s is fast. I was able to run high end programs, Elegato, OBS, and it was pretty speedy. Highly recommend

Best laptop experience you'll find in the market. If you want a smooth, streamlined experience, without having to carry a mouse around, the macbook pro 16 and the Mac OS is the one for you. The colors, brightness, and clarity of the laptop are absolutely amazing. The updated keyboard is great, The speakers exceed all of your expectations. The touchpad is accurate and enjoyable to use, and far better than anything else on a non Apple product. It may looks a little bit expensive but not if you divide for the years you can use.

Love my early birthday present to myself!! It's sleek, fast, elegant. A lot of Apple products are, though. I would recommend this laptop in a New York minute

on holiday. my mother in law says I need a new computer. She shows me her laptop that the screen had come apart from the keyboard and only wires holing it, but it worked still. We knew the new 16 inch display was out but hadn't seen one yet. teh best buy we were at is a small market store and usually doesn't carry a model like this. They had one today! knowing what a superior machine it is. Bought it! Was hard to give it to her, such a fine laptop. I was a 17 macbook owner and miss the big screen, I will one 2 of these computers.

This product has everything I need in a laptop. It is fast and it has lots of memory. It also looks pretty sleek. It use it daily.

Excellent Apple laptop. The 16in display size works well. The hard disk capacity is excellent and stores and retrieves information quickly.

Even though it is a bit expensive, but after bringing my MacBook Pro home, I feel like It is worth to spend that much of money. Hi speed with great power.

Computer runs great, the screen size is nice and big. Bought as a present for my boyfriend who works off of his computer he lives it loves it!
