I’m an avid Apple fan. I hadn’t purchased a laptop in some odd years so I figured why not grab the nicest one that Apple makes and enjoy it for years to come. Upon first use, I wasn’t too impressed with the bulky area around the keyboard but I figured I’d get used to it. The screen seemed nice. Looking at google maps was definitely a treat. After about 2 weeks I just wasn’t thrilled and after paying almost 2,700 dollars after tax and apple care, I just didn’t see this laptop being worth that price tag! I exchanged it for a 900 dollar MacBook Air. 13 inch one and I’m really happy with it!

Screen size is large enough and great color. Good battery life, not disappointed with this purchase.

This machine is A MA ZIING! i7 processor makes it lightning quick. Touch bar is an excellent tool.

I love the MacBook Pro. When my 10-year-old MacBook died I had the hard drive copied onto my new MacBook Pro. I did miss the HDMI and USB ports, so I purchased a docking system so I could use my thumb drives and DVD player. It did take me a little time to get accustomed to the placement of files on the new hard drive, but everything is back online now

I've always had apple products - this one is slick and improved and works great.

Our designer loves it! Set up was easy and she is able to run all of the necessary programs with ease!

Finally made the leap to Mac. So far love the product. Took a bit to get used to the apps and how it works. The only issue so far was the battery life. I have an external high def monitor connected to the MacBook Pro and that eats battery life. Get about 2 hrs. But when I detach the monitor battery life increases to 11 hours, as advertised.

I am so happy I bought this! It was the stores LAST one in stock and who knows how long we'll be locked down due to the CoronaVirus. My last macbook pro was a 2013 15" MacBook Pro, so this is quite the upgrade. Yes I wish it had WiFi 6 but because I was in need of a new machine -- beggars can't be choosers! I need to save up and buy the $350 Apple Care+. Other than that its an amazingly beautiful machine and I couldn't be happier!

Gave a five star rating as I purchased this and haven’t had a problem and everything runs very smoothly on this. Just wish it had a DVD slot. Probably would not have purchased if I knew and didn’t take the time to exchange it. Bought an adapter to use instead and in today’s world with all the technology, picture sticks, adapters and more, you can’t go wrong with Apple or Best Buy.
