Extremely happy with this MacBook Pro! The audio is amazing and definitely an improvement on the 2014 model I had. As well, the colors on the display are so vibrant. I love the improved key pad and frankly I can't say anything bad about this product. (Well, except the price.)

This is a beautiful laptop. Switched from windows to Mac for this and am so far happy with it. Wish it had more ports.

Ny old MacBook Pro was ten years old. It was very slow mainly because of the hard drive. Best money I've ever spent on a new computer. This machine is FAST, has a great monitor and the keyboard is awesome. I purchased a docking station and connected two external monitors. Its incredible!!!

Aside from the battery life, It is clear to me why this machine is so highly regarded. There is literally no lag, it is a seamless transition from screen to screen....The graphics are nice, and I love how connected Apple is across devices.

Yep, a lot of money to spend to do my job but when the school supplies the teacher with a Chromebook, a teacher needs to put out the money for their own sanity. I love this computer! I learn something new I can do with it everyday! Now to use it for personal use, that’s the next step.

So far this cpu has been amazing! I cam from an iMac older version which wasn't bad but the graphics and speed has really impressed me. a bit pricey but I got an open box so It was discounted feels like I got more for my buck, if I had more money to get new I would have either way.

after owning my old macbook pro 2011 model, this 2019 macbook pro is stunting amazing, light weight yet larger screen. The display color is accurate. With the new touch id, i don't have to type in password every time, probably next time when i buy another macbook pro it will have face ID future.

Must admit the pricing at Best Buy was the best at time of purchase and even beating out amazon and apple direct. The system runs good, the back to original keyboard and upgraded cooling is a plus! Would recommend ONLY if upgrading from 2013 or below. I came from a 2015 Macbook and the screen size is a plus but everyday use, my 2015 was enough and if not for the facti specifically saved for this, there was no reason to upgrade... other than that. Is a good buy at a great price from BB.

I absolutely love my Mac!!! I switched from an HP 15”. Initially, I got the 13” But it was too small for me to do all of the multitasking that I do on a daily basis!! Working is also smoother because I have an iPhone and everything that I have access on my phone is also on my computer now!

First and foremost i love Apple products and have always had admiration for them so let me tell you when i got my hands on a MacBook Pro i was ecstatic, however i quickly realized nothing is perfect in life, not even Apple lol! So first thing the display kindve turns off and on sometimes like a flicker which gave me anxiety to say the least but i found it was a battery saver issue which i fixed but still weird, and the laptop itself gets extremely hot and the fans for it are quite loud like VROOOOM i didn’t realize laptop fans could b that loud but my God these things were annoyingly loud and to b honest i think Apple needs two more fans cause it doesn’t seem to be cooling the laptop properly. Also on a final note the MacBook Pro 16 is gorgeous visually aesthetically appealing and truly a work of art BUT because of this i found myself treating it like a baby which i do not like to do with my electronics but because of its beauty i couldn’t help but baby it, and every time i had a drink or anything near me i would worry and worry about the drink even if it wasn’t close i don’t know maybe an OCD thing of mine but i could see other people driving themselves crazy as well trying to keep the Mac in mint condition. Summary, i went ahead and exchanges for the new 27inch iMac because i think it will be a lot better for me and also it won’t feel as delicate i believe since the screen itself is lifted so even if a drink did spill it would be okay!

I don't know much about computers, but I know happiness and buyers remorse. I looked at YouTube videos before I made my purchase, and I am very happy with my purchase. My wife and I are teachers. We spend most our time creating videos and zooming. This MacBook Pro is perfect for us.

Great computer to do work with or watch movies on. Purchased for my daughter and she loves it, Has been going strong for over a year now. She totally destroyed her last MacBook so I definitely recommend buying insurance.

Built in speakers on laptops typically are okay but they are nothing to rave about. However, these speakers on the Mac are amazing! Not only is the audio crystal clear but it is full! While there are many reasons why this laptop is an great choice, the audio alone is worth the price!

Originally purchased the 13' MacBook Pro and it was hardly an upgrade from my 2014 MacBook Pro.. The download speed was so slow. Upgraded again to this one and definitely glad I spent the extra money! Very expensive but that's typical for Apple. I love how seamless it works with my iPhone.

Apple got this rev right. I also own last year’s model. Back then for the same money you lost an inch of screen, got an anemic non-tactile, keyboard and 256 HB storage. This model vastly improves the keyboard comfort, extra inch screen helps and definitely better to have the 512 GB drive.

I have been an Apple consumer for years but haven’t bought a new laptop for myself since 2012. I was worried this would be hard for me to use with some of the new features and specs, but it has been so amazing!! Super easy to use, so fast and overall exceptional quality! I’m very impressed

I have used Apple products in the past but my expectations where blown away when I started using the McBook Pro! I love the speed and agility of this machine! It works so well with my other Apple Devices and its so seamless. Highly recommended for anyone that wants to make the switch.

Must use the word GREAT several times because this vacuum is ! This model has seriously superb suction at a sensible price, super easy maneuverability, lightweight, an easy to empty dust/debris receptacle...an all around exceptional machine. (Almost fun to clean the house with this vacuum!)

My first MAC laptop and I had higher expectations. I've had this almost 1.5yrs and feel like the price ($2,399) was way too much for the issues encountered. Crashed and shut down on it's own a few times, and had quite a few errors throughout. I log/screenshot all errors and have at least a dozen or more. It's also not as fast as I'd expect either. I use Photoshop for some light work and that's very slow also. I have super high speed internet so I shouldn't have any issues with web-based apps but still works slower than expected. The battery lasted quite long in the beginning but now will not last a full day. Must recharge mid day to keep working. Also settings are not easy. I like bigger fonts and the default doesn't seem to stay. I use this for work, usually 8hrs/day, 5 days/week so I've clocked many hours on it so far, hopefully I can get another year out of it before having to fork out another $2500. Reconsider this particular model. I stretched out of my budget for this, hoping to get a better machine, although I did splurge on bigger screen, I think I should've done more research on this model, maybe gone up just one more notch.

I love the Apple MacBook Pro! Still have much to learn but loving this laptop so far. Has not been as difficult of change as I thought - this is my 1st Mac. Super fast with so many features - loving the longer life on the battery. Highly recommend this devise.
