Love this MacBook Pro! I have heard and read reviews that the Touch Bar isn't a big deal....I definitely think it is! I do screenshots a lot and I now have the ability to do that with a single touch! Fills in passwords with a single touch....Absolutely love it!!!

It’s a little of an adjustment from a PC to Mac, but it is working great so far. I have so much more to learn of what it can truly do. Barely scratched the surface. ;) It does such a great job on battery life!

You’ll forget it’s the biggest MacBook...in a good way! Smaller bezels, beautiful screen, huge touchpad...and not noticeably bigger overall than earlier 15” products. Also, Apple’s pricing at launch made this the same price as a comparable 15”. Made the 16” a no brainer.

absolutely enjoy my MacBook Pro 16" very easy to navigate the internet, great sound quality for listening to my Apple music collection while working on the internet, touch bar is very smooth . i would highly recommend to anyone interested in a laptop!

This is the first Mac I have purchased. I was worried it would be hard to transition to the operating system, but I already have so many other apple products. It's very easy to learn to use on your own and it integrates seamlessly with my tv, tablet, watch, and phone.

Not very tech savvy but I knew I needed to get a nice computer and I was pleased with my Mac. Still learning and with the geek squad available to assist, I’ve been enjoying doing many tasks I never thought I could do. Love my Mac!!

The computer looked great however my wife preferred the 13” model. We were able to swap it out with no issues and she absolutely loves it! Thanks Apple for a great product and thank you Best Buy for an easy and pleasant buying(and exchange) process!

This laptop with its 6 core late model I7 and 16 gig of DDR 4 works well with anything I have thrown at it. Make sure to get a thunderbolt 3 dock and not just a USB-C model. You will get much better performance and screen refresh rates on your 4K monitors.

I went from having a Dell Desktop to this and it was money well spent. It's quite fast and the audio quality is out of this world. I'm not really tech savvy, but this product is pretty user friendly, especially if you are well-verse with apple products.

I use this MacBook primarily working with photo editing software. This machine has enough memory to make my process flawless. I love the speed and the look. So glad this machine doesn't have the old butterfly keyboard, but instead it has the scissor mechanism type keyboard.

Love it! Upgraded from a 2015 model and the Touch Bar is a super new feature especially by offering autofill and suggestive typing. Very happy with it so far. As you would expect an apple product - quality construction and works like a charm.

I did not need a 16" screen but I wanted the largest I could get. I am delighted. Best of all the keyboard is closest to a desktop keyboard that allows fast typists to type without end up on the row above or below. Split screen is better on larger laptop.

This is an incredible laptop! So versatile. It's got the brains & the brawn. Memory & the processor all-in-one! Love the new extra big display to stream movies & great for virtual live presentations.

Moving from a 2016 Macbook Pro 15”, I didn’t expect very much of a change... I was wrong. Everything I do on the computer is the same: video editing, photo editing, etc. its just now I can do all of it in a fraction of the time. Whilst using Final Cut Pro, I saw render speeds basically 10x faster than on my previous laptop, and I truly believe that is due to the CPU being able to seemingly double its speeds when the conditions are right (Software optimized for the chipset, etc.) The new keyboard is amazing, especially because there’s less of a worry with ‘stuck keys’ now that Apple has returned to the original mechanism. Highly recommend this computer, its everything the 2016 MBP wanted to be.

Win as in being selected: I gave our UX engineer a choice between Windows-based laptop or MacBook Pro for engineering and design work, and MacBook was easily chosen. Seems to be the professional goto laptop for hassle free and distraction fee work.

Great picture, great speed and lots of bells and whistles. This is an awesome machine. I upgraded from a 2017 model to this one and it’s excellent. I was very impressed by how easily the software and files transferred from the old computer to the new one.

This suits me well although I did have to call Apple for some tech help....and as always they answered my questions. Like the 16” screen better than my previous 13”.......unfortunately store did not have protective covers so I had to buy on line.

Never been a huge Apple/Mac fan because I’m so used to windows, but I have definitely changed perspective. I’ve already had an iPhone for some time and thought it could help just having all alike systems and have not been disappointed. Powerhouse of a machine!

Best computer I've ever purchased! I'm a longtime Windows PC owner but now... I'm MacBook forever. This thing is powerful, sleek and makes my iPhone, Watch, and AirPods a completely comprehensive tech experience. Perfect setup!

I was a little apprehensive about purchasing a MacBook Pro but this has been the best decision every!! Other than learning the direct functions for macs it is user friendly. I use my MacBook Pro primarily for my real estate business and love it!!!
