Have been using Macs for years in a love/hate relationship. This computer is the first that I love without reservation. lt's the least glitchy, fastest, and has the most beautiful color resolution. I could not be happier with it.

Apple hit it out of the park with this one! I love the screen size, and in my opinion this keyboard is a vast improvement over what was on the previous laptops. A little pricey for most, but believe me it’s well worth the money!

Excellent i would recommend open box to everyone because it is a good deal that you can never go wrong on and you save lot of money just because the box is opened

I was skeptical about the touch bar, but it turns out it is actually a great improvement. It adjusts to the current software being used, which makes it easy for example to hand up a video call. Great machine.

This computer was very easy to setup and start working screen resolution is great and battery life has been good so far and the security features is a nice addition over previous models.

Plenty of memory and very fast . Definately more than enough for any average user . The screen is outstanding and the keyboard has an excellent feel to them . I would recommend this MacBook Pro

Soars through photo editing, website building, and research referencing. As a new convert to the land of Mac, I'm impressed and quite pleased. Slight learning curve, but nothing you can't solve with a YouTube video.

I bought this as I had a ton of BB gift cards to blow through and they were on sale. Apple really messed this one up. I mean really, can't we have at least one micro-SD slot and one regular USB port?!?!?!? Epic FAIL. I now have to carry stupid adapters because some stupid engineer at Apple thought it would be cute to only put USB C ports! Bought it to play with and now it sits in my pile of notebooks in the corner of the room. Rather use my Late 2012 Macbook Pro i7 over this thing as it has PORTS I can actually use.

This is the first Mac I've ever owned, and so far I'm impressed. The speakers are noticeably great, and the display is really sharp. My wife still has her MacBook Air from 2012, so I'm planning on keeping this for years to come.

Quality built, like previous MacBook laptops, it is immaculate: solid, detailed with every element integrated perfectly from those side speakers to the solid, flexible hinge.

This seems to be running very well but I have to admit for the price it is missing things that should have come with it like the ear buds, the cord extension for the wall like the last Mac book Pro I got. Also it has no USB ports. Apple is killing me with these add-ons. Thank God they still have free tech support.

I ended up taking this computer and upgrading to the I9 chip with 1 TB. Compared to my 13” 2019 4gb 256gb it’s 4-6 times faster. Pretty penny but worth the time in speed. Highly recommended.

Expensive, but is top notch. I upgraded from a 2011 model to this 2020 model. It is crazy fast with amazing clarity. Great for Photoshop and Lightroom. I also use it to DJ sometimes with Virtual Dj Pro.

I really like the screen quality of the laptop and the processor speed .

Fast, stable, and right size. I’m so glad Apple offer a 16 inch MacBook Pro again. Best Buy didn’t offer free headphones for students, but their price was the best (even if you deduct the value of the headphones).

This is a replacement for my older Mac Book Pro. I really like this one and it seems like it has a lot longer battery life than my old one. I like it so far and haven't had any issues with it.

This has been a great upgrade from my 2012 MacBook Pro. Display is amazing, keyboard is great, and is much lighter than my 2012 version.

It works great. The 16" screen is bigger and the keyboard is spread out a little bit better, so my wrists don't hurt like they used too. So far so good with my upgrade to the new lappy-tappy.

I love my new computer!! The only downfall I see is that u have to have a USB adapter to use and extra devices. Plus it’s hard to find the USB-C to lightning cables. But over all... a GREAT purchase

Love it, wish I had bought one sooner, spent years buying cheaper Laptops that only last a few years, have friends who have their Mac for 10 +years, hoping for the same. Easy to use, fast downloads. Love it
