Bought this computer for my daughter. She had an older MacBook Pro that lasted her 7 years. She loves all the new features such as being able to turn of the web cam from the Tool Bar above the keyboard. This is definitely helpful when most of her classes are now online.

I bought this one really like it but not for the job I want it so I return and get a M1

this laptop was good I liked the older one better it was a bit bigger. the speed of laptop is good also.

I purchased my Apple - MacBook Pro - (16" Display with Touch Bar - Intel Core i7 - 16GB Memory - AMD Radeon Pro 5300M - 512GB SSD (Latest Model) - Space Gray) to replace a rapidly dying older model. This model is upgraded and needs to be learned. Geek Squad is a must!

This laptop is the perfect work companion for any office worker professional the way that icloud syncs up all your devices is awesome. you get messages and emails handed off from your phone to your laptop seamlessly. It is a must have for any professional at work.

Fast and sleek computer. Fairly light weight given its 16in screen. Battery doesn’t last as long as advertised.

Got this Mac as open item at great price... Couldn't leave for another time. Bought it for my daughter for her design and video editing classes. Replacing Mac book from 2014... really like thunderbolt ports.

Bought as a gift for a College friend ...Older MacBook was getting slow and limited use of some newer applications. The MacBook Pro now does it all ! Also was easy to migrate information from old MacBook to new!

overall great experience. Website had clear details on the mac i was purchasing. Needed this quickly and drove to Norwalk for curbside pickup the process was seem less and the associate was friendly and out PC box in back of car for total contact free which was appreciated

I’ve only had for one month, but I’m happy so far. The battery seems great I’ve only charged it once in a month.

A bit of lag when it comes to video editing. Too many frames cause skipping but it's better than a desktop.

The only problem I had was that it said it would be at my house the next day, but it took a week or so instead. The computer was brand new and works great. I love it and it’s the best computer I’ve bought! I wish the price was lower, but it’s a high quality computer!

I purchased this MacBook after using a 2012 for several years, and let me tell ya, it is a BEAST. The onboard dedicated graphics make all the difference in the world while editing videos, and the high capacity DDR4 is awesome for music production. 10/10 Recommend.

Good speed but seems fragile. Plus charger size is too exorbitant.

Gets pretty loud. Wanted to enjoy it but it gets really hot and loud and all I do is watch videos.

I recently purchased the latest version of the Mac Book Pro from Best Buy. It is very user friendly and the quality of the speakers is great especially when listening to movies, videos and Zoom conferences. I would recommend this product.
