I'm very happy with this apple MacBook Pro It's really Pro

I came in to purchase a laptop for my daughters 19th birthday. The sales rep was very helpful with the product knowledge. She was able to help pick the best laptop for her college needs. I know that my daughter is very happy with her new MacBook Pro.

I have an android and was hesitant to purchase an apple product. However after a bit of time, the cross over wasn't hard and the functionality of the computer is great!

Definitely recommend purchasing the Mavbook Pro 16”, especially from bestbuy. When I purchased my old MacBook Pro from Apple it seemed as though I got nothing for my buck. But Best Buy was so accommodating & helpful! Happy purchase from a happy customer!

This computer is a remarkable tool for school/work! Even if you're tech savvy though, It's a pretty complex machine and some of the features are overwhelming & hard to interact with. With that being said, overall it's the most universal computer i've ever used.

After making the switch to Apple products our family couldn’t be happier with them. This is our second laptop in 7 years and was purchased for my wife so she could do more business accounting while out and about rather than stuck behind a desk

I have been enjoying working from home using this MacBook pro for about two months. Hands down for the performance and the screen resolution which it’s great. The only thing I am not so happy with is the quality of the camera which my old MacBook Pro had a better image than this new model… I am still happy with my purchase but that’s the only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5.

I bought this 12 inch iPad and the keyboard to replace a Generation 5. This is a huge upgrade from that and I’m very impressed with the entire device. The camera, the quality, and using this for school or work is perfect. It great for travel as well.

I am very please so far. I use this laptop mainly for photo editing, video editing, and some drawing. SSD is fast, magic keyboard is great, only complaint is no other type of input connections other than the 4 USB C, but easy workaround just get a USB C hub.

It was a great experience we had at Best buy. Our salesman was the best. He made is feel welcomed and answered all our questions. Well mannered, had his mask we had ours and it was perfect. Thank you, Best buy for all you do and for keeping us safe!

Very easy to use the website. My new Mac was delivered in less then 24 hours. I also setup the Interest free Credit Card, so I could purchase the Mac now and have it paid off without interest. Love that!

I bought this unit after my 2016 Mac Pro 15" Retina was stolen. In the new Mac Pro I really hate the fact all the USB HDMI ports have been removed including the SSD and power MagSafe 2 with use USB C ports. Apple is so cheap, they don't include a power extension for the power block or supply of a USB C to lightning to connect the iPhone to the Mac Pro. Also, I am having problems with the unit already, the kernel keeps going into a panic and rebooting once a day. Considering the price, I feel the quality and form is not there. I liked my older Mac Pro Retina 15".

I made a fairly easy transition from HP desktop to Macbook Pro. I needed help from both Best Buy and Apple classes but I am very glad I made the change. I hate Windows10. I never had a driver for my HP laserjet printer and now it works off my Apple device.

This is my second Mac book. The process was easy. I ordered online. Received and email that stated my product was ready to be picked up. Went to my Best Buy. My Mac book was waiting for me at the front counter. Can’t get no easier than that.

Daughter insisted that we replace her computer with the MacBook Pro and she was able to hit the ground running. Very reliable and great keyboard set up for everyday use. Good purchase although I should have sprung for the upgraded processor

Great Machine! The hardware is amazing! However the newest operating system has many bugs, if you know how to get around them then you can make things works pretty well. NOT the APPLE quality and reliability from the past they used to make.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my MacBook Pro!!!! I recently upgraded from a 13inch MacBook to this one, the sheer power alone of this laptop was worth the money. I am able to seamlessly navigate task and it keeps up with me through it all,

❤️ my laptop but I think the best thing about it all was the service I received. I am 73 and used to being treated like an deaf stupid person. I was treated with integrity and like I did know what I was talking about! 5 stars all the way!

The salesman, Matt Kassa was excellent. He was patient knowledgeable, and all of his recommendations in re software and accessories for the MacBook were spot on. It was the best IT purchase experience I have ever had.
