My "tech" salesman was extremely knowledgeable about all the Apple products, as well as the other brands at BB. He asked all the right questions to help me determine which laptop would work best for me and meet my personal and business needs.

I hadn't purchased a MacBook in about 8 Years(yes my last one really lasted that long). Getting the new one though has been such a breath of fresh air. You certainly pay the upcharge price, but I still think it's worth it. Def glad we got it!

I believe this 16-inch MacBook Pro is the best Apple has made. Apple fixed the things we wanted it to on the 16-inch MacBook Pro: the keyboard is back to the scissor switches, there are better thermals on the processor, and heck — the Esc key is back!

Have bought 2 MacBook pros in the last few months along with several accessories. Points awarded by BB are inconsistent and had zero points actually for the newest Mac. Why try to incent people into a point program if you can’t run it properly?

I’m sure it will be a great computer Once I get a handle on it. Was disappointed to learn that I can’t get MS Publisher for it though. Was told by 3 separate salesman, including the one who sold it to me, that I can run Office and publisher. But have now Learned that no for publisher.

Very pleased with purchase. Sales clerk very informative about the product. The tech warranty/ offer Best Buy has is excellent to include repairs/ replacement and discounts on future purchases.

I have to thank manager Dakota and his associate for solving mt immediate computer repair but then successfully suggesting an upgrade purchase. I went from a (now repaired) ten year old MacBook Air to a brand new MacBook Pro...love it!

I finally broke down and bought this Apple Mac pro computer for myself, after purchasing for each of our children as a graduation present. It took some transition/learning time it was definitely worth a learning curve.

If you have the money Apple MacBook Pro 16 inch is great

It was more than expected paying, but it's for my son who is going away to college and needs a reliable and up-to-date computer. He loves it, especially how it ties in with all of his other Apple gear.

Best laptop I have ever had. I used to use a chromebook but this it is definitely more efficient and Since then I have never went back and have used MacBooks for school and work and they work wonderfully and last forever !

I love this computer for my school work and for daily life, but I would not suggest it for playing any games as most are only available for windows. I knew that and wanted it for school though so it is still great.

Finally made to switch to Mac this year after years of being a PC user. Makes sharing Procreate files from my iPad to my computer super easy with airdrop. I am very happy with this investment.

I had a Mac in the past, replaced it with a high-end Windows laptop. This computer blows the PC away! Granted, it doesn't game well, but anything else graphics works perfectly. Also, this keyboard is awesome! Need I say more?

I have used laptops for years, but switching to the MacBook Pro was a great ting to do. There is no comparison to the MacBook Pro. My sales associate at Best Buy was extremely helpful to navigate which Mac would service my needs the best.

If you are a mac person, buy it. It gives you all the performance you need in mac OS. I love the dedicated graphics card, which really boosts up things nicely. Overall it gives a nice and premium feeling whenever you type on it.

I really like the new features on the new Macbook Pro, especially the fingerprint reader. The graphics are really nice and so far all of my devices work will with it. The new Catalina Mac OS is also nice and integrates well with my iPhone.

I feared switching to a MacBook and I am totally in love with this book. I can used this Mac for everything. The only think I wish was different is that Best Buy did not give me my points for my payment with this Macbook.

This is a pricey but great laptop. It's heavy however its very fast and affective.

I moved from an HP desktop to a MacBook Pro and am experiencing a rather steep learning curve but so far I am very satisfied with the Mac and assume that opinion will only increase as I move up that curve.
