Outstanding computer this was a purchase for my daughter starting college and it works with everything she has to do I’m considering getting one to replace my Dell

My last MacBook Pro lasted me around 7 years. Absolutely loved it. So, wasn't a hard decision to stay the course. So far I and finding the same overall quality I would expect from an Apple product. The only serious issue I have found is that my wi-fi drops more than I have ever experience with any other Apple product.

I love my new MacBook Pro. I also love all of the new features it comes with. It’s an awesome upgrade from my old MacBook Pro.

So far so good! I have had no issues at this time & I really love the sleeker bodylines & the revamped touch pad which had been a serious issue with my 2010 MacBook Pro...

No bias but I love all apple products! My husband and I love to travel and film all of em, my husband edits pur videos and this is so convinient and travel friendly!

Love Mac products! The usb-c ports are kind of annoying, to have to have so many extensions just for USB drives, SD cards, etc. but it is what it is, doesn’t effect the quality of the computer. I actually feel like it dies pretty fast which is unfortunate for a brand new laptop.

In the light of the pandemic I needed a laptop in Oder to complete all of my school and work tasks from home and I believe there is no better choice than this one!

This macbook is exactly what I needed to show clients their photos that i have taken. Long lasting charge and very happy with my purchase.

I like everything about this product except the price and the fact that Best Buy didn't give me any points for the purchase of this product. One of the purposes of me buying this product at Best Buy was to get points and found out that Best Buy doesn't give any points for Apple products. Will buy somewhere else next time.

I have owned several MacBooks. This one has a beautiful screen however the speed is something to be desired. I've had older models that rendered the display much faster than this model. Thinking about returning it.

I would suggest this laptop very fast awesome screen it is a little pricey but will last for years. The keyboard is a lot better than what they were in the passed. I have no complaints

Great computer overall, love apple products the only issue i have with mine is that when the computer goes to sleep and i press the touchbar to open it back up the screen stays black and the touch bar notifications come up so i have to put the computer back to sleep and dpo the same thing all over again.

I purchased the Apple computer for my wife as that is what she is used to. I prefer WINDOWS, but anyway. Sales Associate was helpful in selecting the computer and wireless printer. Overall impression of my experience was GOOD. That's the only reason for the "POOR" ease of use.

I have been a PC user always, and switched to the MacBook. So far I couldn't be happier and the transition is not as bad as I had expected. Worth the investment!!
