The Macbook is amazing. Everything I need at my fingertips. This was worth every dime. The only recommendation is to max out the space on your purchase.

We have bought several Apple computers over the years. We bought our daughter a MacBook when she went to college in 2012 and she is still using it today!

Geek Squad having problems transferring files, pictures, contact folders, etc from old MacPro which had back/up & problems trying to boot up old hard drive. I’ve been without MacPro since 1:31/2020. Geek Squad still has new MacPro, old hard drive & backup. I’m not too happy right now! Thank you.

It works great my son loves it he can record on it and write on it and do everything with his music it’s a great product

Learning as I go, but love it. Super thin case. Have to prop it on back end because do not like typing on flat surface but that’s a laptop for you.

This MacBook is a good update from my previous MacBook but I do have to say that the Touch Bar takes a little getting used to. Great laptop!

I use my laptop for work and other things every day. It's a great laptop, but, like a lot of Apple products, seems designed to "expire". Two years later and the battery doesn't last as long and it runs differently.

Great computer that has everything you need. With the addition of Microsoft suites, there is nothing this computer cant do.

Really like the built in sound system--it is wonderful. The finger print access is new to me and I find it enormously reassuring.

I purchased this MacBook Pro for my granddaughter and she loves it. It meets her needs for school and should continue to do so for several years.

Michael, my sales person at Best Buy was very knowledgeable in helping me decide which version was the best fit for my needs. Very happy with my purchase.

I don't like the glossy screen, would prefer a matte screen option. I don't like the larger trackpad, sometimes my palm triggers an unintentional click on the trackpad. I don't like that the touchbar replaces the volume keys, much more inconvenient to adjust volume on the touchbar.

Bought this to replace my wife's MacBook that died after many years of service. We could have fixed the old one but felt it was time to upgrade. As always great computer for those that are Apple focused but always expensive.

Personnel were extremely knowledgeable and more than willing to explain things at my level. Quality of products is exactly as expected.
