    I loved this computer and was so happy with my purchase until about a week ago when my internal speakers stopped working to their full functionality. The built in speakers are only giving me a sound output that sounds about 40% of the max sound. and yes I have gone into setting to double check that nothing is muted and everything is turned all the way up. I plan on contacting best buy/ or apple in the next couple of days to inquire. However I am in a very competitive strenuous masters school and need my computer every day especially with covid-19 and most classes being recorded.

    Even with the touchpad being set at least sensitive it is still very sensitive. Overall, wonderful product.
