    This is the third one I am having problems with from the beginning. It has locked up, shut down, stopped working on several occasions. On my desktop, my friend said I had a lemon so I decided to try again. I only bought this because I'm used to it and it doesn't get viruses but it is expensive. I didn't plan on getting the warranty but apparently you need to.
