Upgraded from a 2017 MacBook Pro with the butterfly keyboard and the first thing I noticed is how amazing the new keyboard on this model is. Huge improvement. Besides that, it is fast, reliable, the screen is great and the design is beautiful

Purchase this for my daughter for college she really seems to enjoy it/like it got a good price on it during the sale happy shopping and if you purchase something like this, you should probably get the geek squad/total tech member the insurance is worth it

Bought this for my daughter for college, and she loves. She is in graphic design, and this computer fits her needs perfectly. Speed, large screen, and great graphics are just some of the things that make this laptop great.

I have been a Windows PC user my entire life but wanted to give Mac a try based on some of my friends loving their macs. Mac definitely boots up quicker than a Windows based pc, nothing is running in the back ground that slows down its performance either and it doesn't start any updates while you are trying to work (These are pluses for me). Downside: there is a learning curve when you have used Windows your whole life. Have to learn where your downloads are and get use to knowing what each app icon does on your dock. Overall very pleased with this mac and its performance.

switched from windows to mac for dev work. With the update to win11 and things not working like they should I decided to switch to mac and I'm very happy with the switch. Keep in mind I'm coming from a point of view that this is a tool for work and nothing else, I don't do any video editing or gaming. Opening large projects, having three monitors and having various tabs and windows open on them. The 16gb ram and i7 keep up very well. If you are a student a macbook pro is going to be overkill for what you need to be done, a cheap windows laptop if you do not need to do any programming in swift or objc, and a mac book air if you are planning on doing work in swift. If you are a professional dev I would highly recommend the macbook pro.

Great Laptop! I hesitated for a while because of the price but finally went ahead and made the purchase. Glad I did! The laptop went on sale a few days later and customer service refunded me the difference right away, so that was a huge plus.

I got this laptop (Apple MacBook Pro 16") for school and so far it is working great, it does heat-up every great-now-&-then. But, it is doing its job well. I needed the laptop and I am glade I got it. Love the 16" screen and the laptop has a nice clean look.

Great laptop, very well done and highest quality. I do miss the magsafe charging cable and a variety of little extras that aren't there anymore. Speakers are great, loud, very crisp quality. Honestly, the trackpad is almost too large, would rather have had the keyboard larger instead. Not a fan of the touchbar, but it's fine. Overall, definitely buy it again, was able to price match as well so that helped with cost.

This is one of the top of the line Apple Mac book pros . It’s got great graphics , loads of storage . Easy to operate , stylish , sleek and intelligent. It helps you do any job you need to accomplish ! I would highly recommend this Apple laptop

This is my first MacBook and I am more then please. I was shocked at how fast it is and how awesome the screen looks. It sounds like a stereo!! Extremely please with my purchase. I would buy again without hesitation. I got space grey... and love it!

Purchased this as a replacement of my 2015 MB Pro 15''. Got this model rather than the newest one because it was different. I felt like the newer ones is the same design as my 2015. I also wanted the touch bar. I wish the touch bar could be brighter. Also i do not like the auto dimmer when plugging in/out my power cord. nonetheless I still like this model

At the best of times and in desperate moments - the MacBook Pro’s performance always meets the challenge! My work involves hundreds, no thousands of photographs and Excel spreadsheets. The new MacBook Pro is fast, efficient, fabulous rendering (both on screen and in hard copy). Why did I wait so long to upgrade! And Best Buy sales associates made it an even better experience.

I'd been wanting to make the upgrade from my 2014 MacBook Air and I'm happy about it every single day. It's quite a lot to spend on a computer, but its been so worth it. Especially with that 24 months interest-free financing with the Best Buy credit card.

This MBP 16" is where it's at. It has the updated magic keyboard and is a pleasure to use as a daily driver. Replaced a late 2013 MBP that was starting to show it's age. This should be able to go as long as that one did, you won't go wrong with this.

Was worried it would be a hard transition to a Mac. This computer is the best I have ever owned. The speed and ease of use was better than expected. It definitely has more power than I will ever need!

I am in AW of this laptop and how great the screen is, along with the typing experience. I am loving the power and hardware on this laptop so far. Will update if there's anything to update, but this open box purchase from best buy is amazing so far.

this computer is very good, very fast and the graphics are also very nice. the only problem is that there are only 4 usbc ports, requiring me to get an adapter for my devices that have usb

As a secretary I've used many different word processors such as Wang, Word Perfect, Word and utilized Windows throughout my career. I switched from Android to an iPhone in 1917 and then got an iPad the next year. After much thought (was I creating additional stress in my life that I certainly do not need) I recently made the decision to go fully Apple and purchased my MacBook Pro - 16" on 11/25/2019. Best Buy Geek Squad Agent Wilson came to my home and set it up and gave me an intensive beginner's lesson on how to use it. I find it quite challenging to make this big switch, but I'm determined to learn and enjoy working with Apple. Best Buy's Geek Squad agents will be my go-to experts!

I’ve been putting it through its paces the past year and it keeps up perfectly. No crashes or weird issues. Runs great. Seems to run a little hot and the fans get noticeable at times but by no means a deal breaker.

I had been delaying replacing my 2015 MacBook but it was time. This is the perfect upgrade - love the Touch Bar and has everything I’ve come to expect from a Mac. Could not ask for anything more.
