I bought this last year for schoolwork and software development. It is still a wonderful productivity machine and is still supported by Apple. The device is durable and it feels, well, like an Apple machine. The keyboard is great, and the backlight makes typing in the dark easy. If you are a student, content creator, or an individual that needs a productivity machine, this is a great option. A couple complaints with this machine is that it does get a little warm around the top of the keyboard deck, but it isn’t too uncomfortable. Additionally, the port selection on this laptop isn’t great. With only 4 usb-c ports and a headphone jack, you’d need a dongle to plug in anything to this machine. Are there better Windows machine for less? I mean yeah? But you aren’t considering this machine because it’s Windows, you are considering it because it is a Mac. Either way, still a solid buy in 2022 if you need to develop, create, or be productive.

I absolutely love this laptop. I have been using it for about three weeks and have not had any problems. I recently upgraded from the 13" model to the 16" and I cannot rave enough about the extra screen space. I use this primarily for school from home and it is great to have the space for a zoom call on one side and a document on the other without both windows being really small. Also with Apple products, the quality is just there. the screen resolution is great, the sound from the speakers is the best I've ever heard, the trackpad is so easy to use (and massive), and the aluminum casing of the computer just feels durable and expensive. It's definitely a bigger price tag than other computers, but you really do get what you pay for.

I was hesitant with purchasing the 16" Macbook after the let down from the 15". But after doing my research and finally making the jump, I would highly recommend the 16" to anyone. Can do everything you need and then some.

This computer is a huge jump from my last MacBook Pro (Mid-2010). The performance is amazing and I love the Touch Bar feature. There was a little delay in the shipping, but it still made it to me in orderly fashion.

It's lightweight and compact, easy for on-the-go. The quality of the display is incredible, but I was blown away by the quality of the sound. I've only had it for a short period of time, but already love it!

I am a graphic design major at my local college and this is exactly what I needed for my future career in the graphic design industry. The MacBook Pro is sleek, fast processor, and the perfect size for me.

I upgraded from the MacBook Air (2015) and I was blown away by the sound quality, picture and performance. It’s heavier on the pricing, but well worth it. Especially if you have financing available with Best Buy.

I wanted this for like two years and waiting for the sale. It’s perfect except it’s my first Mac and I’m struggling to transition to using it. But there’s nothing about it i don’t like except my learning speed.

Easy to navigate with apple set up. Able to run both windows and apple processors with ease. Found all my old files from every apple product I have owned including ones I forgot I had from an old I pad on deployment.

Expensive but well worth it. My kid is editing videos on this Macbook and he says it's like the best comp for vid editing. He posts these vids on the xxxTube and everyone seems to luv them. He gets like hundreds of views a day. He is only 12 years old and his xxxTube channel has like 50K subs. He says if he gets to 100K subs he will start making good money. I don't really know how this works but he just bought a new car for me with his xxxTube money. What's not to luv about this Macbook Pro comp. Son is only 12 yrs old and made more money this year editing vids on this comp than I have digging ditches in my county job.

Perfect for my school and work. I like the touchbar also and the sound system when i watch netflix it feels like you are in a movie theater. Excellent quality and super easy to use. Forever a mac fan.

I love my Mac!! It took so learning but I’m working it out. It’s to use, it’s my first Apple product besides my IPhone so I’m very impressed no issues with viruses or shutting down it’s the best

This MacBookPro is everything I wanted. It is fast and easy to use. It replaced my previous MacBookPro, 15". I am not sure if the extra inch makes a difference, but it is a clear view for me.

Awesome display. Never experienced such a good speakers on a laptop. Keyboard is really good. This base config is more than enough for lot of users out there. Trackpad is huge and very reliable and precise.

It works fine, and it’s a great choice for someone who just need a laptop. I love the Touch Bar, it’s incredible although Some improvements need to be made. More ports should be added with some other better performance. The I-7 processor is fine, but it wasn’t as fast as expected. In general, Apple did a great job, but I think they could do even better.

Have had this MacBook Pro for several weeks but am very satisfied. Great keyboard touch, 16 inch screen makes it easier to see multiple pictures, and cannot express how pleased I am with the speed.

MacBook Pro is even better than expected. This is my first Mac. It’s arguably perfect! I’ve had it for about a month and it seems to get better everyday as I become more familiar with it.

I came in to replace my elderly MacBook Pro. We considered Windows vs Mac and I got lots of good questions rather than a 'HardSaleMac' approach. I really appreciated the education-the-customer approach over a one-sided hard sale tactic! Good training, Best Buy!! I went with the MacBook Pro, but when I got home I realized that I really didn't need what I used to have. The next day, I drove the 100mile round trip and traded in the Pro for a MacBook Air. I also brought my old MacBook Pro and they ported all my data to the new Air. When I got back home, it was seamless to me...sat down in my comfy chair, opened up the new Air and dropped right back in where I'd left off! Totally painless!!
