Amazing compared to my 2019 13” Air

I finally convinced my wife to purchase for better streaming capability (with our new Elgato), and I have thoroughly enjoyed the Pro. It really does stand up to the hype & our 2011 MacBook model testifies to the length of time Macs last (even though it is no longer supported by Apple). Despite the adjustment in size & weight, I would definitely buy again for the workhorse capability.

Great for on the Go!

I am a graphic designer on the go and this laptop has been my savior when my old one broke down for a while. Great processor and also good quality in my renders with my Adobe programs.

Lack of USB ports

Great laptop. But too many quality control issues

It runs all the programs I need . My only gripe, is with apples quality control. I’m am now on my 7th replacement. You read that right, seventh. The first one had the keyboard not working out the box. Second, had a huge scratch out the box. Third one, had a display flicker. Fourth one, the touch bar was loose. Fifth one, kept restarting itself. Sixth one, had a white mura (bright) spots all over the lcd, as well as it kept hissing super loudly. I am now on my seventh unit, and so far, I haven’t had any issues with the display or actual computer. It does have a little nick near the laptop hinge, which is barely noticeable. But I rather live with the little nick, than some of the issues, I have had. It’s still ridiculous for such an expensive item.
