No reflection on the Geek she was helpful, but the company and management must be very disconnected to make an appointment for a MAC customer and have no one to help that was not an expert on the NEW MAC COMPUTER I JUST BOUGHT! What a company failure!

Great Laptop,best purchase Ive made this year

Boy was I wrong,wt in the 1st week I was having isssues wt it holding charge and exporting images. I returned to Best Buy and returned it. I stated my issues and gave them my two cents. Right away they traded it for a new one,wrapped and new in box. One month later and Im a happy camper. Uploading pictures and editing videos wt no issues.
