I really love the Apple Mac Book PRO. This is the second one i have owned. They are user friendly as all Apple products are. I also cannot say enough about the APPLE WARRANTY that comes with their computers. Apple will service your computer by phone as well as at any Apple store. Their tech. support is the best.

Great performance and highly recommend it. Also you can install windows with boot camp option / partition.

Love this product and so easy to use for a beginner.

I love my new MacBook. I’m so glad I made my purchase. Like it’s states the best for the brightest. I never have a problem with MacBooks. This is my 3rd MacBook purchase throughout my lifetime because I love upgrading. I don’t ever need to purchase a new one but I love to upgrade from time to time.

I have owned the last few models of Macbook pro and this is by far the best MacBook on the market. I would recommend this computer if you are looking for a good reliable computer with smooth working functions this is it. You pay for what you get buy ONE TODAY!

This 2019 MacBook PRO 16" was replacing a 2013 MacBook PRO 15.5" that was in excellent condition except the sound was no longer working, and I was told it needed a new motherboard and would cost between $400-$600 not counting labor to install, so I opted to simple get a new one. I have been a Mac user about 15 years.

After my old MacBook Pro finally gave up after 9 years, it was time for another. On a rainy sunny, during Covid my husband and I went to Best Buy and were lucky enough to have Olivia help us. She was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and tolerated our lack of tech knowledge graciously. She's a true asset!!

Easy to use. Especially like the fingerprint function.

Still learning how to use it, we aren't very tech savvy. Like the larger screen and improved speed on startup.

Love my new Mac laptop! It is pricy, but worth the money if you have it to spend. You get what you pay for! Something different about this mac opposed to previous versions is the ports are all USB-C so you will need adapters if you don’t already have usb-c cables.

Excellent update for who are looking for big screen.

I have had a dozen or so transactions, 10+ purchases and 1 return. All have been easy, from web site purchase to pick up, customer friendly - staff at pick up were friendly, conscientious, fast and professional. And SAFE It has made transitioning my Office to my home office very manageable. Thanks again Jack

Typically Apple - works great, not totally convinced about the control bar but otherwise all good!

Most secure and most reliable computers available! Will never buy a PC again unless it’s to build my own desktop for gaming. My last MacBook lasted me 8 years and was still running strong but wanted an update. Always recommend Apple Products!

This MacBook Pro is exactly what you'd expect it to be. The transition from my previous laptop was a breeze, and it functions exactly as you'd expect any Apple product to function - flawlessly. The only downside is that it requires dongles upon dongles to connect devices as it only has USB-C ports.

I’m excited to own another great Apple Computer as I’ve been a MacMan since 1999. I very much appreciate the technology and not having to deal with viruses and malware which causes so much frustration and wasted time. I now own Mac’ Desktop, MacBook, and IPhone which I can sync for all my use.

Bought this computer for school cause of covid, and I couldn't be more happier. Probably not the best "first time laptop", but definitely worked perfectly. Took sometime to navigate through the tools, and getting use to the keyboard. Other than that I have no complains what so ever !

Sales associate was very helpful and courteous. Didn’t try to talk us into anything bigger/faster just stuck to what we needed. Asked about accessories needed and explained the new Geek plans. Walked us to their desk and they helped set us up, and took great care of us!
