Truly much more computer then my mother needed, but after her macbook died, she wanted another one with at least a 15" screen. She loves the new keyboard (the times I've used it like it also) plus with her being hard of hearing, the built in speakers are an unexpected benefit.

This laptop has got everything, a great screen, a terabyte hard drive, lots of memory, all the Mac software. Finally a laptop that's worth the hefty price Apple charges for their products. Well they give you everything except all the extras you have to buy like a mouse, and disc drive if you want to watch DVDs or listen to CD's. You also need a bunch of connectors if you want to put regular connections into their thunderbolt ports or send video out through an HDMI port. But their ports are fast and they finally have made their laptops able to send out video, so rejoice!

BestBuy curbside service was phenomenal. AND I LOVE my new MacBook pro... Coming from an 2015 MacBook Pro, which was already fast and efficient, this newer model takes it to another level. Much more faster and smoother than before. And the extra large 17 in screen real estate Makes working from home projects that much more incredible!

Rock solid, fast and amazing features. They keyboard is the best I ever used on a laptop. I love the finger print utilization as well as the unlock with Apple Watch. The specks for this machine is perfect for Zoom and a competent workhorse. The screen size is great and sound surprisingly good. No regrets on this purchase.

The new MacBook Pro 16 works extremely well. The keyboard works flawlessly, the screen is beautiful and everything works well together. The only drawback is that I had to purchase the Hyperdrive aftermarket hub to plug various peripherals into it. Not a bad deal. The MacBook is much better than my one year old HP laptop that I use for work.

Clear realistic display, fast processor. Easy to use

Purchased this beefed up i9 model since I thought I would use it for long time so why not spend extra few hundred bucks more than base model. Turns out this i9 processor is very powerful and consumes a lot of energy and overheats the computer. Since I do not work on anything that requires that much processing power I decided to return this in favor of a base model which is quieter, uses less energy and does not overheat.

I bought the 16" MBP recently, at Best Buy. The MBP does not disappoint, with excellent screen image, great sound, fast processor, and overall excellent quality. I specifically bought this computer on sale, saving several hundred dollars, which makes the deal all the better.

As a dj for 25 years, I finally purchased my first Mac... I don’t know why I didn’t get one sooner. For the music industry’s it’s a must. It’s powerful, fast and a workhorse. It’s a little pricey. I believe mine was around $2599.00 it’s a Macbook pro 16 inch 2.3GHz 8C/16GB, AMD 5500M, 4GB GDDR6/1TB

When I set out looking for a new MacBook I was considering just getting another MacBook Air. The one I was replacing had lasted me far longer than it should have. I got it in about 2008. I wrote my Master’s thesis on there. I had the hard drive replaced when it was ready to die on me. I gave it as long as I could, so I went with every intention of just getting another one. More recently however I’ve gotten into photography and drawing my own tattoos. This requires a great deal of storage and that is something that you just can’t get on the Air. The speed on the Pro isn’t even comparable to the Air. I can do things three times as fast as I could’ve on the Air and the quality is even better. The best part was I found a barely touched open box Pro with the features I wanted so when I started adding to my order I basically walked out getting all my other stuff for free because my open box Pro was marked down that low. I’ve never been more pleased with a purchase in my life.

I’ve had MacBooks for years and this one does not disappoint! I’ve always been happy with the quality of apple’s laptops and this one is above and beyond my previous one. The battery lasts literally the entire day on a single charge and the Touch Bar is super useful. I’m so glad I decided to go with Mac again.

I was able to transfer my data from my dying 8 year old macbook pro and it has performed marvelously so far. I never experienced the keyboard issues with machines from the last few years, but have had not problems transcribing documents with the 16". It is also proving wonderful for my work with digital art and graphic design.

Bought this to use for editing photos, editing videos and producing music. I love everything about it, the screen size the way the keys feel on the keyboard, the speakers are nice and loud. Apple products are the best. The touch tool pad is also something that is a nice addition that I use often. I highly recommend.

I upgraded from a macbook air to this MacBook pro recently and cannot recommend enough. It runs so much faster and it works better with zoom applications and add-ins, which I need since I am a remote worker. The battery life is a lot better as well which is amazing!

As a photographer this computer has amazed me! It’s quick to load my editing programs and it’s extremely easy to navigate. Prior to this I had an old MacBook Air and it was awesome. But it was 10yrs old and I needed a major upgrade. This MacBook Pro has been my best investment!

Hands down, this is the best Macbook Pro ever. It's incredibly fast, has a great display, and the keyboard/touchbar are very responsive. This is one of many MBP's my firm has and will be upgrading all of the older ones to this very soon. It's well worth the money, especially getting the 16" vs the 13" model.

Great computer for editing and work! I love the look of this MacBook Pro and especially the fact that the 2015 MacBook keyboard is back with improvements. The Touch Bar is disassociated from the ESC key and is bigger than ever. The screen truly looks stunning!

Has been a great experience so far with our new MacBook Pro. It is very powerful and quick no matter the task. The display looks amazing. My one gripe would be I wish it had a few USB ports to make it a little more accessible out of the box for other accessories. Other than that I love it.

Preforms well. I like the new index bar and photo quality. My emails take 10 minutes to download. Not sure why, but that is my only issue. I photo shop old pictures an it has done an excellent job with picture quality. I bought my daughter in law one as well. She loves hers also.

This is a fantastic laptop. The guts are good, the display is great, the new keyboard is great, the trackpad has the same great tactile click no matter where you press. Glad I upgraded! Yes, it’s expensive, but so is a Dell XPS with the same specs, which is what I would have gotten otherwise.
