Seems same as my old Mac except battery drains much quicker

Don not even bother buying this trash product. It overheats to the point it burns your fingers. If you use it for heavy processing, it will start lagging and become very slow. It was a real waste of money and worthless.

Works great for what we purchased it for. Recommend

I love Apple products. However this one has no SD ports, no USB ports and Apple took away the Touch Bar so I feel like this is outdated! Get expensive.

There was a LOT of confusion over the stock status of the MacBook Pro.

The speaker blew the 3rd day and when I edit 4k it's super glitchy.

I would like to share my worst experience with the "MacBook Pro 16" I have purchased new on August 25th 2020. With in 6 weeks from the purchase laptop did not recognize the power supply and does not charge the battery. Eventually the laptop is dead. I can not access my data and laptop is just useless. I chose MacBook Pro because I thought the Mac products are best in quality and I do not need to worry about performance for many years. Worst experience is it took 10days to get appointment at Apple store for service, after visiting the apple store for service with hope of fix they mentioned they can not fix in store and need to ship out for service. I have paid $2900 + $379 for Apple care. I did not get the quality for $$ I have paid. and lot of frustration with the process.

Of course I was warned by everyone not to purchase from Best Buy because of the poor customer service but I didn't listen... and I was upsold on everything I came in for, told that with the care plan I would have access to the Geek Squad who would be available to help me get familiar with the computer and to transfer my old data, I was told that they would keep my new computer for 3-4 days and my old one and hard drives for a week TOPS and here I am, TWO WEEKS LATER without my old computer, none of my data has even started to transfer and the only reason I have my new computer in my hands is because I went in, waited in line and asked for it, twice. I had a scheduled appt. for the Geek Squad where I noted that I had some questions/issues with my new macbook pro and when I walked up, the guy, 'Mario' said he didn't know anything about Macs, none of them do and they aren't trained to work with Macs and he cannot help me with anything. So, what am I paying for??? My brand new computer has issues and I can't get any service!

I think the one I bought had some kind of thermal issue. Not sure if this is on-par for the course with this model year, but just about everything caused the fans to kick on and the laptop to become uncomfortably hot.

was bought for a friend, but been told no issues yet.
