Battery doesn’t last as long.Very disappointing. Maybe returning.

Worst buying experience I have ever had. I should have bought somewhere else.

What a joke. This computer will not handle a standard USB port. In other words, you need to buy an adaptor just to use a wireless mouse or any device. So now you have an extra piece of junk to carry around. Secondly, the system works only with the cloud. Oh my, what a piece of sh......... Yep, Apple really sinking.

I ran it out of resources with Studio 4. Returned it and got an iMac Pro, Happy now!

After 5 years, as I am looking at a new MacBook pro with "AI Intelligence," I simply shake my head and wonder: "Why would I need or want to upgrade this marvelous laptop that I already own?" If this might be your first purchase of one, go ahead and splurge; it may turn out to be your forever laptop.

Garbage! Purchased 14 months ago and screen went black and now Apple wants $600 to send it out for 4-6 weeks to see what's wrong. Never will buy another one.

This computer has been exceptionally reliable, never once giving me any issues. The screen size is perfect for photography editing, providing ample space for detailed work. As a video editing machine, it performs flawlessly and has never let me down. Highly recommended for anyone in need of a dependable and efficient editing computer.

I was originally purchasing a iPad Pro but was misinformed about the model I purchased (model #, year of release). Then I got a defected product - I had to spend 5+ hours trying to exchange the products, and ended up with the Mac Pro.

It came from best buy. I want to tell you the real reason, but best buy representatives will not let me inform the public. HOWEVER, I went on different forums that besy buy does not control.

I bought a new macbook pro from bestbuy and it's was open and repacked by bestbuy, it's not apple's fault, i't bestbuy's fault for changing the original packaging. I paid them the price of a new item and not that someone might have returned.

Best Buy gave me an open box in great condition. Apparently this means no controller, no stand, and no power cord. I am their highest elite level and am tired of getting cheated by them. Avoid best buy at all costs. You have been warned.

The computer lags.... I bought an i9 so it won’t be slow I returned it because of that, Apple GET YOUR Sxxx together. BIG APPLE USER :)

Item was not workable. I had to return the product. New item ordered received an email that item I had was not available now I am out of a computer to start college.

Many of you may not be aware that apple products aren’t eligible for Best Buy rewards. Don’t let Best Buy screw you. They’re condescending and very unpleasant on the phone as well. Good machine though. Best Buy, not so much.

It was working great until just after the 1-year warranty expired. Then it stopped powering on. No bumps or damage.

Second one of these macbook pros i have bought this year. Apple has a problem with the software crashing the unit if you close the clamshell and plug into external monitor.

All my USBC ports stopped working. The laptop battery is dead and I can’t make an appointment anywhere AVOID buying this piece of s h I t

Every time Apple does a significant design update I jump in and I’m good for another 3 years. This time though I’m elated. The new 16 is a joy and a beast. Screen is wonderful, Keyboard is great, power is dramatic, slightly heavy. Bonus: I no longer travel with external blue-tooth speaker, built-in 6 speakers are an unexpected plus. Premium price is offset by the way Macs hold their resale value.

Screen died, apple stores are not open, Apple wants me to mail in in and wait 2 weeks. We used to love apple products

I got a lemon with one problem after another and had to return it.
