Love my Mac, as always. Only complaint is the price is (as always). Had my original MacBook Pro for 11 years until overheating issues.

I really like this laptop. The camera and audio work great which is definitely a plus for my zoom meetings. The only thing I don’t like is that I need a USB adapter. It’s very irritating having to carry it around. I miss having all the portals I need already in my laptop

Not a huge fan on how they changed the usb ports and stuff but not best buys fault. other then that i love it

The graphics are great. I love designing with it! The sound system is unmatched. The Touch Bar is a nice addition as well. No complaints at all!!!

I bought this to replace my aging but still very functional 2011 MacBook Pro. Yes, Macs are spendy, but if it goes 10+ years like my old one, it will have been worth it. Basically, I like everything about it except the choice of ports - just 4 USB-C and a headphone jack. You will need dongles/adapters if you want to connect HDMI, traditional USB, analog line in, or SD cards. Fortunately, you can get all of those pretty easily at not much expense. I also much prefer the mag-safe power over USB-C.

I’ve been waiting for a while for the 16 inches to come out definitely and it was definitely worth the wait. Handles my video editing software with ease.

I’ve been a Mac/Apple cheerleader for many years, and other than a LINUX machine, I’m all Mac. As would be assumed, Mac products are very well designed, rugged, and they never let the user down. I only wish the price points would not jump upward with every new release. Overall, the quality is top notch and the machine does whatever is required of it and does it well. Very satisfied will all my Apple products - they just work, and work well!

I absolutely love my MacBook Pro! I use it with my photo editing software and it doesn’t run slow like other computers I’ve had.

Had to replace 2013 15 MacBook Pro retina when the lid closed on the mag charger and cracked the screen. Screen replacement alone was 600-1000. Takes a while to get used to the Touch Bar at the top, found myself erasing web urls by accidentally touching it for a while but got used to it. Love the fingerprint sensor built into the power button, no need to enter your password all the time. Can’t say that this is a huge improvement over my early 2013 retina, but I loved that laptop for 6+ years so I’m sure this one will hold up as long as I take care of it.

This is undoubtedly the best computer I have bought so far. Excellent graphics, sharp images, precision, efficiency and speed in the daily tasks in my work.

Stuck with a slow WIFI through HughesNet due to being in a rural area, so this apple model is loading commands pretty quick for the lack of good coverage.

This laptop is great for anyone getting into music or video production. Fast and easy to use is definitely a bonus on this deal.
