Prior to buying this unit i bought the same unit as an "Excellent Open Box" and it was a disaster as it had been installed by the previous box opener and his security info was still on the unit and I had to return it.

The build is excellent, and so far I haven't had any issues after using for a month. Special mention for Best buy for making the purchase experience a smooth one. Also live their customer support.

MacBook 16 - Perfect Power

There is no strain on the processor or discrete graphics card and the fan rarely operates. No other notebook really came close other than the Dell XPS 15, but I prefer the simplicity of the Apple OS.

But if you’re look looking to collect Best Buy rewards you would be disappointed. Best Buy does not give you any points on Apple purchases. You will probably get better rewards buying somewhere else. Buying from Best Buy not so much. I would recommend this product but not from Best Buy.

I bought this one to replace a 2009 MacBook Pro that finally got two slow to use for work. This is why I buy Apple, a laptop that lasted me 10 years is worth every penny it costs new. I can only hope that this one lasts as long.
