I needed a new apple lap top for work and home. We did a lot of research on the item, checked all the reviews and prices. Best buy had the best deal. The purchase was quick, sales person very accommodating. There were no issues.

Helped my mother purchase a replacement laptop for her MacBook. She really likes the big, clear display. Doesn't really use the TouchBar (I've heard mixed reviews on the utility of this feature). Personally, I've moved on to a ChromeBook, but my mom is an avid MacBook user.

I love the machine. However, I was totally unable to migrate my data from my old mac. This is not the place to describe in excruciating detail all my failed attempts. But I can't help but give Best Buy Total Tech Support a ZERO when it came to helping me. That's a long story too, but bottom line is that when it came down to it, they failed to help me, they failed to show up to help me in person, and they never bothered to call. At all.

This is one of the most premium laptops you can buy for the money. If you are afraid of switching from windows 10, do what I did. Install windows 10 with bootcamp "included" and if you need to run a windows program, just restart in windows. Really the best of both worlds.

Very fast and Reliable lots of memory and speed overall still superior

Great product. Purchased this as my PC was dying and wanted to get a new computer before it does. I had a MacBook before and loved it. I’m still getting used to the changes from my old laptop to this one, but overall I love it.

Comparing with others Mac, this valuable Mac because I spent less money and got the same feature. Only one thing, I want to say that If the screen touch it, it would be attached more customers.

I finally made the jump from Microsoft to Macbook. I could not be happier. Fewer issues with attacks from viruses and smoother operations. I would absolutely recommend MacBook Pro to anyone wanting to upgrade their computer, laptop, or desktop.

Powerhouse for desktop use; way too heavy for daily carry. Too pricy for the configuration.

Amazing machine. Very fast. The only complain is that it does not have a touchscreen

Bought this for our Granddaughter to do film editing. Just what she has wanted and needed. Perfect size keyboard, and will be purchasing the Film Edit program soon. She has a Mac Air that is going to go to her mother. Very happy with Apple products.

My dog destroyed my old Mac and the workers tried endlessly to find me a new Mac. There was none at any local stores and they worked with me for about an hour to track me down the last Mac. Love the laptop and I thank the workers at that Best Buy.

Not too much to say about this one. It’s good if you use apple devices or are looking for software that is more user friendly. Premium build quality as always from Apple. Wasn’t really my cup of tea though and is already gone and replaced with a PC.

Haven't had a whole lot of time with this item. If it's like any of the other MacBooks I've owned, then it should be a fairly solid laptop for years to come. The cost of a Mac is always high, but they do last a long time, for me personally.

I’m in love with the Mac Book Pro! I bought this to do teletherapy sessions and the video/camera quality is superb!! I truly trust Apple products and knew this was a good investment. I don’t have to worry about computer problems and I’m so not tech-savvy!

The young man who Assisted me was extremely patient, and helpful. He explained all of the features that would work best for me and helped me choose a larger computer, and a Microsoft Word package. He was amazing! I would definitely go back to him

I purchased this computer to replace my 2015 MacBook Pro. This is a nice computer but doesn’t seem quite as solid as my 2015 (which I ended up keeping). I use this computer for work with no issue and believe it to be a very good current Mac product.

This a terrific computer. The color is excellent. Response is very fast. Need to play with it a bit if you are converting from PC. But Apple’s help line usually is clear and to the point. Most importantly, goodbye Microsoft!
