I’m a creative professional and as my business has grown I found that my windows pc’s we’re just not making my work any easier. They in fact were making it so that I didn’t enjoy my editing time at all. I decided that after hearing how other professionals like myself use mostly MacBook Pros I decided to invest in this machine. While it took a bit of time to learn the new key shortcuts and the different ways my software operates on this OS I find myself enjoying my work again. The computer is very fast and when I’m importing say photos from a session they are not taking over an hour like my windows pc but just minutes. The set up and the beauty of the machine are a plus as well. I also think you should take into consideration how easy it makes your life to have a MacBook if your other devices are Apple products as well. I can share images with my staff for review much easier since I can just text them from the machine directly and also I can go into any room with Airplay on that screen and share my screen with no need for third party unreliable software. My recommendation is this: if you are starting out or already established you should consider this machine for the ways it will just make your workflow and life so much quicker and easier.

This computer is an absolute power house. It is definitely the largest computer and the Apple lineup but it is still very compact. The screen is beautiful the speaker sound terrific and it is loaded with all the raw power than any professional or enthusiast might need. I highly recommend it even more affordable because I bought this one open box

Great speed, slim and lightweight! Still a bit pricey for a laptop.

Screen size is great, but the weight seems like way more than the 13". Battery life is better though. The keyboard seems like Apple went back to the old style keyboard, so if you liked those you will like this very much. The keys have more travel. The biggest surprise was how great the sound is. I hadn't even thought about that but it is really good.

I absolutely love my new Mac. This laptop was replacing a six month old Dell. This device runs extremely fast. Colors are very vivid. I don’t know why I’ve hesitated this long to buy a Mac. It was worth absolutely every penny. Don’t let the cost scare you away. You get what you pay for! You will absolutely love this laptop!

I have upgraded from a 2010 17" MacBook Pro after it stopped working. Huge improvement! Much faster and smoother, love the larger trackpad, and has a very impressive battery life. It is much thinner too, but not decided if I like this feature or not... I am a very big guy, it feels like it would brake in my hands. Overall very satisfied with this upgrade.

I bought this back in 21 starting graphic design school. I am still using this beast of a machine as it’s still going strong in 2023!

Great screen and much faster than my last MacBook but not as impressed with battery life. I've done all the things to be as efficient with my power but it really only lasts for 1 work day or less if I'm in multiple zoom meetings that day. The biggest surprise was the need to buy an additional adapter for more traditional USB drives. The description of the computer online didn't mention the change to the new port type. Overall a good machine. Easy to go from one Mac to another.

This one being my 5th Mac I consider it the best work laptop ever created. The speed, capacity, ease of use, reliability, battery life, portability, all are amazingly well designed and executed. Typical of Apple, I know, but they’ve outdone themselves this time. I’ll be using this machine to make a lot of money for my business going forward.

We bought this laptop to replace a 6-year computer of the same make/model used by our junior in college. The upgrades to processor and storage are great in this new version, but be prepared to pay the premium for the Apple name, even with significant discount. We hope for another 6 years of operation, and the old one still works as well!

Let's be clear. I love MacOS but I also love playing video games. The Radeon 5500m is kind of useless if you don't do the 4k editing or developing whatever. However - if you install Windows on this bad boy gaming all of a sudden becomes a viable option. Currently dual booting both operating systems and I LOVE IT. In MacOS this thing flies like a greased cheetah chasing a gazelle on crack. No lag whatsoever. Running multiple internet tabs, music, photo's, whatever I throw at it in MacOS this thing can handle. When switching to Windows I can run COD Warzone at 60FPS consistently on medium settings to give you an idea. Windows runs flawlessly however it does run a little hot and requires some know how to get it working properly. This will be one of the last x86 Intel based Macbook pro's before Apple switches to ARM processors and dualbooting won't be an option after that. This is a lot of money to drop on a laptop and I know that there are cheaper and better gaming laptops out there but nothing compares to Apples build quality, software, hardware all seamlessly working together to bring you the best experience possible. Having the ability to game is just icing on the cake.

I had been a Mac & PC user for more than 20 years now. I switched to Mac for my personal computing in 2010 and continued to use my old MacBook Pro for 10 years before I decided it was time for an upgrade... I read more than 25+ reviews online to compare and decide if I need to switch to a MacBook Pro or an iMac... Well, this MacBook Pro 16 inch made it a lot easier to decide... Macs are the longest-lasting laptops in the world and this 16 inch will sure take it to the next level. From the start, the speed at which I render my tasks and the GPU comes into full force when I work on power-intensive apps such as Lightroom and Photoshop... Add to that, this Mac comes with 4 thunderbolt USB C ports and a headphone jack making the look much sleeker, trendy and cool... I also grabbed a bunch of accessories online and at best buy to pair with my mac... Overall, Best Buy continues to surprise me with offers and discounted prices which makes it easier to get my products without a 2nd thought. I love my Mac and if you are thinking of buying one for you or your loved ones, there is nowhere else to go than Best Buy... Buy a MacBook Pro 16 inch! These things last longer (10+ years) and you'll never regret your decision!

This thing is absolutely mind blowing. Amazing, absolutely wonderful. Worth every penny. I went on YouTube and watched reviews as well as read reviews and all of them said to stick with the Apple MacBook Pro 16 inch 2019. The sentiment was that if you did not already have one there was no sense in getting the 2020 version.

I’m a Windows girl, but have definitely switched to Apple computers! It was extremely easy to install software & use the MacBook Pro. Icons are at the bottom of the screen, similar to Windows program. It is fast & I have not experienced any issues with this product. Yes, I would definitely recommend the Apple MacBook Pro!

Everything it said it would be. Fast, Securable, and cool features that make it easier to use and more convenient. Definitely recommend this for anyone who will do a lot of business work or art work (there’s plenty of apps and features specifically for editing that include some awesome tools).

Truly much more computer then my mother needed, but after her macbook died, she wanted another one with at least a 15" screen. She loves the new keyboard (the times I've used it like it also) plus with her being hard of hearing, the built in speakers are an unexpected benefit.

Sometimes you need to pay for quality and dependability. The MacBook Pro delivers all the processing speed you need, and a fantastic display that seamlessly syncs with other Mac products. I was able to edit video (my job!) while traveling. I also love the Touch Bar! So easy to log in and also use shortcuts. A fabulous investment!

This laptop has got everything, a great screen, a terabyte hard drive, lots of memory, all the Mac software. Finally a laptop that's worth the hefty price Apple charges for their products. Well they give you everything except all the extras you have to buy like a mouse, and disc drive if you want to watch DVDs or listen to CD's. You also need a bunch of connectors if you want to put regular connections into their thunderbolt ports or send video out through an HDMI port. But their ports are fast and they finally have made their laptops able to send out video, so rejoice!

Finally changed out my 2011 MacBook Pro 13" and am very happy. Fast, lightweight and easily updated and linked to my other devices. I'm not computer savvy, so the user-friendly operating environment of the Apple world has always been appreciated. As an aside, Best Buy was great to work with in decision making before purchase.
